Jacques' ciders and perries are characterized by superb balance and finesse.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis cider is made from a blend of different apple varieties such as Fréquin rayé, Petit jaune, Binet rouge, Douce Moen, Kermerrien... They are hand-harvested on the Normand estate. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cdiv class=\"column\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"gmail_signature_prefix\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eBlend of bitter and bittersweet apples (Petit Jaune, Douce Coet, Douce Moen, Binet Rouge, Kermerrien, Marie Ménard, Fréquin rayé), and another 5 other unknown varieties of acidulated \u0026amp; lightly bitter varieties. The apples come from a farm in the Domfrontais region of Normandy called La Prémoudière (farm \u0026amp; orchard).
