The grapes grow on vines over 100 years old, all of which are harvested and selected by hand. The wine is macerated in truncated conical tanks with temperature control and natural fermentation. It is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, followed by 3 months of bottle aging.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the nose, aromas of dried fruit and spices are perceived, along with a subtle hint of vanilla characteristic of the wood used for aging.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOn the palate, it has a long, warm, unctuous, and smooth entry.
