Pale yellow with golden hues and a cheerful crown of fine, persistent mousse. The nose is crisp and elegant — fresh citrus, green apple, and ripe pear, with honeyed tones and the subtle autolytic nuance of extended bottle aging. On the palate it is soft and creamy, with lovely freshness, good acidity, and a long, complex finish with a signature lemon sherbet lift.
