Lysholm's Linie Aquavit 80 Proof Oak Matured Twice Across the Equator Norway 700ml
Producer Description
An intriguing combination of caraway, aniseed and orange peel is prominent in the aroma, followed by a delicate hint of vanilla.
Oak combines with the caraway and aniseed to give great complexity, while old sherry notes give a rich, well-rounded flavour.
A well-composed aftertaste of spices and sherry lingers for a few minutes.
It all began back in 1805 when the Norwegian trade family, Lysholm, sent a potato-based aquavit to East India. Unfortunately, the interest in the product was limited and the aquavit had to make its way back to Oslo, its city of origin. However, upon its return, it was discovered that the journey had significantly enhanced its flavor and since that day, every drop of LINIE has been embarked on a four-month-long sea voyage to mature, crossing the Equator not just once, but twice. This unique maturation process is what gives LINIE its distinctive taste and has made it a beloved favorite among aquavit enthusiasts worldwide.

The Macallan is one of the world’s most celebrated single malt distilleries, renowned for its exceptional sherry oak maturation and the uncompromising quality of its spirit. Macallan Litha Single Malt Whiskey 700ml
Producer Description
The unique character and complex flavours of The Macallan Litha is derived from the use of first fill sherry seasoned oak casks, the whisky mingling with the sherry seasoned oak.
The gentle scent of vanilla and butterscotch unites with a spark of citrus over a bright canvas of tropical fruits, reminiscent of a summer’s day and the radiance of the sun’s energy.
As the flavour develops, smooth vanilla ice cream topped with a berry compote dances on the palate, beautifully balanced with warming wood spice, chocolate, salted caramel and pecans, with a lingering hint of sweet oak.
The story of The Macallan Litha begins in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, where our exceptional sherry seasoned oak casks – the greatest single contributor to our outstanding flavour and natural colour – are crafted to our exacting specification.
The Macallan Litha is encased in a vibrant presentation box, featuring a colourful illustration by award-winning US-based Chinese illustrator Sija Hong. This artwork represents a pure moment of creation from the first meeting of two forces.
The artwork represents the coming together of Scotland and Spain. Presenting two bold colour palettes, selected by Sija Hong with a particular journey in mind, Scotland is depicted on the right-hand side in the blue pantones, while Spain is represented on the left-hand side in the red pantones.
The tree is a central element representing the coming together of these two worlds through maturation in first fill sherry seasoned oak casks – a pure moment of creation resulting in The Macallan Litha.
The journey of our exceptional sherry seasoned oak casks begins in the vineyards of Jerez de la Frontera where the Andalucian sun grows the grapes that go on to become sherry, which seasons our casks. They continue their journey to The Macallan Estate, in Scotland, where they are filled with The Macallan fruity new make spirit and the meeting of two worlds begins.
The whisky derives its name from the solstice, known by the ancient Celts as Litha. It is an extraordinary single malt which captures our unwavering dedication to uncompromised excellence, and the powerful synergy that occurs when two forces come together. Kirsteen Campbell The Macallan Master Whisky Maker.

MacRostie Winery and Vineyards Chardonnay Sonoma Coast 2023 — Sonoma Coast, California
MacRostie Winery and Vineyards has been one of Sonoma Coast’s most dedicated Chardonnay producers since 1987, when Steve MacRostie began crafting wines that prioritized site expression over winemaking intervention. The Sonoma Coast AVA — with its cool Pacific-influenced climate, morning fog, and well-drained hillside soils — is one of California’s premier addresses for Chardonnay, producing wines with the kind of natural acidity and aromatic complexity that sets them apart from warmer inland bottlings.
The 2023 opens with beautiful aromas of tropical fruit, melon, and perfumed lemon mingling with hints of slate, wet chalk, and intriguing floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom. On the velvety palate, pineapple and guava give way to layers of stone fruit, Key lime pie, Asian pear, and yellow apple, all flowing to a long, luxurious finish. James Suckling awarded it 90 points, noting “plenty of ripe, succulent fruit on a full body and a smooth, rounded texture.”

Mahi Sauvignon Blanc 2025 750ml
Mahi | Sauvignon Blanc | Marlborough, New Zealand | 2025
James Suckling: 93 Points (prior vintage)
Mahi is the project of Brian Bicknell, one of Marlborough's most thoughtful and independent-minded winemakers. Where much of the region's Sauvignon Blanc is made in a loud, industrial style — cold-fermented in stainless steel to maximize tropical fruit and aromatic punch — Bicknell takes a fundamentally different approach. Drawing on what he calls a "chef's philosophy," he incorporates wild yeast ferments and aging in old oak barrels to build texture, complexity and genuine depth into a variety that is too often reduced to a single dimension. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc that stands apart: more sophisticated, more food-friendly and more interesting than the category norm.
The 2025 opens with an expressive and layered nose — lemon peel, grapefruit pith, apple blossom and pastry, with citrus and tropical notes woven through secondary characters that emerge from the wild ferments and barrel aging. The palate is elegant and well-structured, with a creamy, textural mid-palate that sets it apart from the region's stainless-steel standard. Bright acidity provides freshness and lift, while the long, complex finish reflects the care and intention behind the winemaking.
Serve well chilled at 46–50°F. One of the few Sauvignon Blancs with the weight and texture to handle lightly seared scallops or oysters without overpowering them. Also excellent with grilled fish, shellfish, fresh goat cheese (chèvre), Greek salad with feta, light pasta and herb-driven dishes.
- Producer: Mahi
- Winemaker: Brian Bicknell
- Appellation: Marlborough, New Zealand
- Grape Variety: Sauvignon Blanc (100%)
- Vintage: 2025
- Vinification: Wild yeast ferments; partial aging in old oak barrels
- Style: Dry white wine, textural and complex
- Closure: Screwcap
- Bottle Size: 750ml

Margaux Appellation Excellence
Situated 25km from Bordeaux, the Margaux appellation covers five municipalities and is the only one in the Médoc where you find the entire, rich and vast range of wines, from the first to the fifth Grand Cru Classé. Margaux wines are particularly supple and refined. They are characterized by very elegant, fruity aromas, making them the benchmark for generous, sophisticated wines with soft ripe tannins.
Vineyard Terroir
The vineyard area of Margaux is essentially based on the Garonne's layers, made up of gravel and pebbles from the quaternary period. This soil, well protected from the oceanic winds by the forest, benefits from the bracing winds from the Gironde estuary which tempers the climate. The soil's poorness, the gravel's permeability, and the slightly sloping hillsides that provide good drainage allow the vines to be deep rooted, providing the ideal conditions for top quality wines.
Traditional Winemaking
Harvest: When fully mature, the grapes are for the most part hand-picked
Vinification: Grapes are crushed and destemmed, then put into fermenters. The harvest is heated to around 22°C to allow a quick start to fermentation. Twice daily pumping over with aeration takes place to extract maximum color and tannin. After alcoholic fermentation, vats are maintained at around 30°C for 15 to 21 days
Aging: 6 to 8 months aging in French oak barrels with racking every 4 weeks. Traditional aging in oak barrels creates oaky, toasty notes that blend harmoniously with fruity aromas
Finishing: Wines are fined and filtered on earth before bottling

Maker's Mark Bourbon 90 Proof 1.0L LITER
Maker's Mark Bourbon — Loretto, Kentucky 90 Proof
Maker's Mark is one of America's most beloved and recognizable bourbons — the whiskey that proved handcrafted quality and approachable flavor could coexist at scale. Founded in 1953 by Bill Samuels Sr. at Star Hill Farm in Loretto, Kentucky, Maker's Mark was built on a single bold decision: replace the traditional rye grain with soft red winter wheat. That choice gave Maker's Mark its signature smooth, gentle sweetness — a profile that has made it a favorite of both seasoned bourbon drinkers and newcomers for over 70 years. Every bottle is still hand-dipped in the iconic red wax, a mark of quality and individual craftsmanship that has never changed. The 1.0L format delivers more of what you love.
The nose offers inviting aromas of woody oak, caramel, vanilla, and a hint of wheat sweetness. On the palate, it is smooth and beautifully balanced — caramel, vanilla, and fruity essences with a gentle warmth and hints of spice and oak. Mal Bien Mezcal Artesanal Espadin Lucio Morales Lopez Oaxaca 91 Proof 750ml
Producer Description
The village of Yogana is located at the southern end of the Ejutla district of Oaxaca. Like all of his neighbors, Félix Ramirez is a full-time farmer. Unlike many of his neighbors, Félix is also a part-time mezcalero, working with several species of agave that he plants between rows of seasonal crops, and distills on equipment unique to Ejutla that allow his spirits to reach proof in a single pass.
His Espadin is cooked in a pre-hispanic style oven, traditionally tahona crushed, and is open fermented in cypress with well water. The single distillation to proof lends a wonderfully full body to this mezcal that retains tons of the beautiful earthy agave flavors that balance the smoke.
