Colosi Rosso Terre Siciliane 2023 750ml
Colosi Rosso — Terre Siciliane IGT, Sicily 2023
Cantine Colosi is one of Sicily's most beloved producers — a family estate with deep roots in the island's winemaking tradition, farming vineyards across the volcanic soils of eastern Sicily and the sun-drenched hillsides of the Terre Siciliane. Their Rosso is a blend of Syrah and Nerello Mascalese — two varieties that thrive in Sicily's warm, dry climate — crafted to deliver the island's signature combination of ripe fruit, savory herbs, and velvety texture at an exceptional everyday price. This is the kind of wine that makes Sicilian red one of the world's great value categories: generous, food-friendly, and endlessly drinkable.
The color is intense, dark ruby red. The nose offers notes of black fruit, strawberries, flowers, and aromatic herbs — inviting and expressive. On the palate, it is dry and full-bodied with a velvety texture and delicious flavors of blackberry, plum, and strawberry, framed by savory spice and aromatic herbs. Medium to full-bodied with supple tannins that provide lift and structure — a natural match for the table.

Vigneto Saetti Rosso Viola Lambrusco Salamino Organic 2024 750ml
Vigneto Saetti | Rosso Viola | Lambrusco Salamino | Organic | 2024
Real Lambrusco — not the sweet, mass-produced version that defined the category for decades, but the genuine article from Emilia-Romagna: dry, sparkling, deeply colored, and alive with energy. Vigneto Saetti farms 50-year-old Lambrusco Salamino vines organically in the flatlands south of Modena, hand-harvesting fruit with thick skins, high natural acidity, and intense pigmentation. The winemaking is as honest as the farming: spontaneous fermentation in small steel tanks taken to complete dryness, secondary fermentation initiated in the bottle with fresh grape must, hand-riddled and hand-disgorged, and zero sulfur added at any stage. The result is a wine of remarkable purity — dark ruby in the glass, with a bouquet of aromatic cherries, strawberries, and violets, and a persistent, creamy mousse that delivers an elegant, sophisticated mouthfeel. Supple tannins and energetic acidity make it as versatile at the table as it is thrilling to drink on its own.

In the mouth, the tiny bubbles have an elegant, persistent creaminess that brings forth a highly sophisticated mouthfeel with energetic flavors that linger deliciously through the finish. Some supple tannins make this a great wine for pizza, cured meats and strong cheeses." — Bart Hopkins

Los Bermejos Listan Negro Lanzarote Canary Islands Red 2023 750ml

Owned and run by winemaker Ignacio Valdera, Bermejos is situated on the easternmost Canary Island of Lanzarote. This wine is made with 100% Listán Negro fermented via carbonic maceration. Expert Reviews

Aromas of black olives, green herbs and that unmistakable "volcanic" minerality are the primary notes on the nose. Medium-bodied with notes of preserve dark fruit, black pepper and earthy undertones. The finish is fairly savory with fruity nuances.

The Raventós family’s commitment to biodynamic agriculture serves as the core philosophy of their winemaking. Fine bubbles with a nose of raspberry, red currants, and wild strawberries. Crisp and enticing finish. Serve chilled as an aperitif.
A Spanish sparkling rosé made with biodynamically grown estate grapes in the style of Cava. This Macabeo-driven blend has a pale light pink hue — matched on the palate with an elegant bouquet of pink grapefruit, rose petals, red berry fruits, and lively acidity.
Expert Reviews
Wine & Spirits Magazine — 94 Points | Pepe Raventós adds depth and a touch of color with fruit from Monastrell vines planted in 1974. Dalton Alma Deep Red Rhone Blend Crimson Galilee Kosher 2021 750ml
Dalton Alma Deep Red Rhone Blend Crimson Galilee Kosher 2021 750ml
Winemaker Description
From the sun-drenched hillsides of Galilee, Dalton's Alma Crimson is a bold, structured Rhone-style blend that speaks to the ambition of Israeli fine wine. Dark and full-bodied, it opens with generous aromas of ripe cherries, plums, and sweet dark fruits, leading to a rich, buttery palate layered with vanilla, cloves, and a distinctive whisper of green tea.
Crafted with meticulous attention, the grapes were harvested and fermented in separate batches to preserve the character of each variety. The wine was pressed just before completing fermentation, malolactic fermentation was encouraged, and the wine was then racked into French oak barriques for 12 months of aging. Each parcel was individually assessed before the final blend was assembled and returned to barrel for a further six months of integration.
Expert Review
Wine Enthusiast 94 Points — "We think of this as Israeli Châteauneuf-du-Pape — tasted blind, it will fool you!" Blackberry, cassis, and toasted nut aromas lead the way. A bright thread of pomegranate runs beneath layers of Mission fig, eucalyptus, dark chocolate, orange zest, and caramel. Luxurious tannins and perfectly balanced acidity carry through to a long, satisfying finish.

Arnaldo Caprai Grecante Grechetto dei Colli Martani Umbria 2023 750ml
Our Professional Review
The family operation began in 1971 when textiles entrepreneur Arnaldo Caprai purchased 12.5 acres in Montefalco. In 1988, ownership passed on to Arnaldo’s son, Marco. (Winery Note)
Today, the winery is the leading producer of top quality. Arnaldo Caprai is recognized for its dedication to environmental, economic and social sustainability, as well as being champions for the wines of Umbria.
This Umbrian white from Arnaldo Caprai captures a true expression of Grechetto from this lesser known Italian region.
Appealing aromatics of white peach, melon. lemon zest, hints of chamomile and honey characteristics, all tantalize the palate. This Grechetto is light-medium bodied, pure. fresh, savory and finely balanced.
Flavors of stone fruits, lemon-lime, blanched almonds, and stonines shine thru on the palate, ending with zesty acidity and a bone dry finish. " - Debra, Italy White Wine Buyer
Cheese pairing : Essex Street / G. Cravero ‘Parmigiano Reggiano’ 2 yrs -available at 67Gourmet
All too often in America, we think of Parmigiano Reggiano as a topping for pasta, but truly great iterations of this cheese are wonderful eaten on its own or with a superb Italian wine. The Cravero family has been aging Reggiano since 1851, and their cheese is unique among all other Parmigiano. It has distinct tropical fruit and pineapple overtones in the middle of the palate which turn the salty finish into a harmonious counterpoint. One taste of this and you'll see why Reggiano is widely considered the king of all cheese. - Martin Johnson, 67Gourmet Cheesemonger
Carl Loewen Estate Riesling ORGANIC 2022 750ml
Carl Loewen · Estate Riesling · Liewener Klostergarten · Mosel · Germany · 2022
Christopher Loewen is one of the Mosel’s most quietly celebrated winemakers — a craftsman who farms organically, ferments with native yeasts in large Fuder casks without temperature control, and lets each wine find its own expression. The Estate Riesling comes entirely from the Liewener Klostergarten, a site with richer soils than Loewen’s steep single-vineyard parcels, formerly bottled as a Kabinett and now declassified to “Estate” to preserve the single-vineyard designation for the estate’s highest-quality expressions. Whole-cluster pressed, fermented spontaneously, and stopped by taste — this is Riesling made with the patience and instinct of a true artisan.
The 2022 is dry-styled, rustic, and deeply approachable — a wine of beautiful complexity and mouth-filling texture born from Fuder aging and spontaneous fermentation. Yellow stone fruit, pear, and spiced citrus are underscored by a pleasingly savory salinity. At once mineral and generous, it is the kind of Riesling that rewards attention and rewards the table equally.
“A dry-styled Riesling that is at once rustic and approachable. Rockstar winemaker Christopher Loewen raises this wine in large Fuder casks, using spontaneous fermentation. This gives the wine a beautiful complexity and mouth-filling texture. A mix of yellow stone fruit, pear, and spiced citrus is underscored by a pleasingly savory salinity.”

Ampeleia Unlitro Toscana Organic Biodynamic 2024 1.0 Liter
Expert Description
Bart Hopkins writes: Ampeleia Estate Unlitro is a light, earthy, natural blend of Alicante (Grenache), Mourvedre, Carignano, Sangiovese and Alicante Bouschet from the Tuscan Coast made by Biodynamic wine grower Elisabetta Foradori. The Ampeleia Estate consists of 150 hectares of which 35 are planted to vines and the remainder to wheat, legumes, vegetables, olive groves, woodlands and animals. This vivacious red, which boasts a modest 12% alcohol, sees no oak during production, keeping it agile, light on its feet and almost too easily quaffable.
Aromas of forest flowers, strawberry blossoms, earthy blood plums and delicate spices open up on the nose with crisp, peppery fruit refreshing the palate complimented by invigorating acidity and gentle tannins on the finish.
Not a trace of heaviness, just a pure, natural expression of organic grape growing and harmonious winemaking done with lots of love.
Serve chilled, pour generously, and pair it with just about anything!
Expert Review - Vintage 2024
Winemaker's Description
To bring on the table a one-litre flask is an ancient tradition, and a symbol of conviviality. Hence the name Unlitro, a bottle whose shape and size recall the joy and carefreeness of being together.
This is a wine that comes from our youngest vineyard, the closest to the sea; from a blend of Alicante Nero, Mourvèdre, Sangiovese and Alicante Bouschet. It's a wine that testifies to our desire to express the territory in a more gentle and immediate way, without losing the character of a classic Tuscan wine.
But Unlitro is more than that: it is also a project created to bring together the forces of Tuscan winemakers closest to the values of Ampeleia and support them in the development of organic methods which combines respect and quality.

Granbazán Albariño Rías Baixas Etiqueta Ámbar 2024 750ml
Granbazán Albariño Etiqueta Ámbar — Rías Baixas, Galicia 2024
Granbazán is one of the founding estates of modern Rías Baixas, pioneering the region's reputation for world-class Albariño since the late 1980s. The Etiqueta Ámbar — the Amber Label — is their most celebrated wine, famously served by the glass at El Bulli for many years and the wine that put Granbazán on the international map in the 1990s. Sourced from a blend of estate fruit and grapes from long-established family growers in the Salnés Valley, it receives more active bâtonnage and extended lees aging than most Albariños, adding a richness and textural depth that sets it apart from the category. Winemaker Diego Ríos, who trained in the Mosel Valley working with Riesling, brings a precision and mineral focus that is unmistakably his own.
The nose is classic and inviting: ripe peach, citrus, and white blossom with a signature salty, briny minerality that speaks directly to the Atlantic coast. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and sappy with beautiful lees-derived texture, layered fruit, and a long, tapering finish of saline freshness. A wine with genuine aging potential — and the structure to prove it.
Jeb Dunnuck 93 Points — "The most famous of this estate's wines, served by the glass at El Bulli for many years. It has richness and length in the form of medium-bodied peach and salty brine and should do well in the bottle another 5-7 years." (Vintage 2024).
Tim Atkin 93 Points — "A classic, salty, lip-smacking Val do Salnés Albariño. Sappy, layered and refreshing, it has some texture from lees-ageing and a tapering finish. 2025–29." (Vintage 2024).

Their Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the sun-drenched Wairau and Awatere valleys, where the combination of intense sunlight, cool nights, and free-draining soils produces the region’s signature style: vivid, aromatic, and unmistakably fresh.
Bart Hopkins of 67 Wine writes | The 2024 is a textbook Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc — and then some. The nose bursts with citrus and tropical fruit: lime, kiwi, passion fruit, guava, and lemon zest. On the palate, luscious fruit flavors are balanced by notes of currant leaf and fresh bell pepper, with zesty acidity, underlying minerality, and a long, dry, persistent finish. Wine Spectator praised its “crisp and vibrant” lemon, pear, and apple flavors with notes of lemon verbena and fresh ginger.
Wine Spectator — “Lemon, pear and apple flavors are crisp and vibrant, with notes of lemon verbena, lemon thyme and fresh ginger.”

Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rose 2025 750ml
Our Professional Review
Rand Sieger, 67 Wine Buyer: Always one of the first rosés to hit the market, this traditional Southern Rhône blend comes from 25–50 year old vines grown along the Gassac River. It boasts a pleasant, intense nose with hints of strawberries — full and round on the palate with bright red fruit flavors.
Few winemakers have come to define their region like Mas de Daumas Gassac has with the Languedoc. Aimé and Véronique Guibert purchased the land in the early 1970s, guided by a Bordeaux-based soil scientist who recognized the limestone-rich terroir's great grape-growing potential — as densely mineral-laden as Burgundy's Côte d'Or.
What sets Mas de Daumas Gassac apart is their unflinching commitment to pushing boundaries — of the appellation's rules, of conventional farming techniques, and of "expected" grape varieties. Having traveled the world as part of a family leather business, the Guiberts planted an eclectic assortment of international grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Petite Arvine, Tempranillo, Nebbiolo, and more.
Tasting Notes
The 2025 Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rosé is one of the most anticipated value rosés of the year — effortlessly chic and tasting far more expensive than its price tag suggests.
Pairings: Tabbouleh, grilled chicken, niçoise salad, or spicy appetizers like shrimp ceviche.

Descendientes De Jose Palacios Bierzo Petalos Biodynamic Organic 2023 750ml
Descendientes de José Palacios | Pétalos | Bierzo DO | Castilla y León, Spain | 2021
Before Mencía became the darling of Northwestern Spain, Pétalos was already making waves. Descendientes de José Palacios — the project of Álvaro Palacios and his nephew Ricardo Pérez Palacios — has been the defining force in Bierzo’s modern renaissance, farming old-vine Mencía on ancient slate soils with biodynamic and organic principles. Pétalos is their entry wine, but it carries the full weight of the estate’s philosophy: precision, transparency, and a deep sense of place.
The 2021 is widely regarded as the finest vintage of the 2020–2022 trio. Lower alcohol than ever (13.5%), it shows a lighter, more delineated profile with the juicy, aromatic Mencía character that defines the appellation. Philipp Reiss Riesling Steinbacher Urgewächs Trocken 2021 750ml
Winemaker Description
Delicate, micro-production & precise øø wines from Baden, Germany, rapturously referred to as the hot-bed of classic Burgundy-indebted Pinot Noir. (and, of course, Riesling)
Philipp Reiß is currently in the process of converting his family estate from grape growers to wine producers, and these are the first, errr - fruits of that labor to make it stateside.
A profound expression of Riesling that, despite having zero additives, sure calls for a decant and some hours for it to truly unfurl its majestic crystalline reach.
