Rombauer Sauvignon Blanc Napa 2025 750ml
Rombauer Vineyards · Sauvignon Blanc · Napa & Sonoma Counties · California · 2025
Rombauer Vineyards has long been synonymous with California’s most hedonistic whites — and their Sauvignon Blanc, affectionately known as “California Sunshine in a Glass,” is no exception. Sourced from two estate vineyards in Sonoma prized for freshness and vibrancy, blended with select warmer sites in Napa County, the wine is farmed sustainably with NDVI aerial imaging to optimize each block individually. Whole-cluster pressed, fermented primarily in stainless steel with a portion in French oak and concrete for texture, and bottled under screwcap to lock in every bit of its aromatic intensity. 91 points from James Suckling.
The 2025 was shaped by a long, cool growing season — heavy winter rains replenishing the water table, followed by slow, even ripening through a cool spring and summer — yielding a wine of exceptional freshness and aromatic precision. Pale lemon-green in the glass, it bursts with key lime, freshly cut grass, grapefruit, stone fruit, and lychee. The palate is mid-weighted with brilliant acidity, a textured mouthfeel, and a linear, bright, mouthwatering finish that keeps you reaching for the next sip.
“Generous, fresh and vibrant, with white pepper, stone fruit, lychee and sliced lemon. The palate is mid-weighted with balanced acidity and textured mouthfeel with a linear, bright finish and freshness.”
— James Suckling · 91 Points (Vintage 2025).

Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy Sancerre 2025 750ml
Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy | Sancerre Blanc | Loire Valley | 2025
The Reverdys are one of the appellation's essential winemaking families and they have thoroughly mastered elegant and delicious Sancerre. Winemaker Julie Guiard simply has the right touch, making her Sancerre one of the most universally gratifying white wines out there. In the village of Verdigny, Reverdy's vineyards feature two of Sancerre's three principal soil types: mainly caillottes — pebbly white limestone — and some terres blanches, composed of richer marl formed in the Kimmeridgian era. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc balancing bright, zesty citrus and delicate floral nuances with an enveloping texture and stony, saline notes that make your mouth water. Irresistibly charming now, it can even age for a few years if desired. — Anthony Lynch
Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy is based in Verdigny, one of the most respected villages within the Sancerre appellation, where the family has farmed their vineyards for generations. The estate's parcels sit on two of Sancerre's three classic soil types — caillottes (pebbly white limestone) and terres blanches (Kimmeridgian marl) — a combination that gives the wine both the bright, citrus-driven freshness of limestone and the richer texture and mineral depth of the ancient marl soils. Under winemaker Julie Guiard, the domaine has become a benchmark for the appellation: precise, elegant and consistently delicious.
The 2025 opens with vibrant aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, white peach and fresh-cut grass, accented by delicate floral notes, a whisper of smoke and the stony, saline minerality that is the signature of Verdigny's limestone soils. The palate is bright and lively, with an enveloping texture and exquisite balance of fruit, acidity and mineral tension. A long, mouthwatering finish with saline and citrus notes lingers beautifully. A cut above textbook Loire Sauvignon Blanc — and a wine that rewards a few years of cellaring if you can resist opening it immediately.
Serve well chilled at 46–50°F. An ideal partner for raw oysters, grilled fish, fish tacos, shellfish, sushi, goat cheese, tomato salads, gazpacho and light vegetable dishes.

Crowded House Sauvignon Blanc 2025 750ml
Crowded House · Marlborough · New Zealand · 2025
Twenty years ago, the Waihopai Valley was a blank canvas — a peaceful, remote haven in the ranges of Marlborough. Today it is home to Crowded House, a wine built on the conviction that Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, done right, needs nothing more than the land, the climate, and the courage to let both speak. Winemaker Matt Ward ferments entirely in stainless steel at cool temperatures, preserving every last note of varietal freshness and vibrancy, and sources fruit from a select group of growers — all certified under Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand — who have been part of the Crowded House story from the very beginning.
The nose opens with zesty lime, sweet pea, and freshly cut passionfruit, with an intentionally restrained mineral core layered beneath ripe citrus and crushed thyme. On the palate it is vibrant and expressive — Liberty apple, white nectarine, and passionfruit coulis — flowing with minerality to a rounded, classically crisp Marlborough finish.

Cade Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley 2024 750ml
Producer Description
Our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc has aromas of grapefruit, lime zest, white flowers, white peach, lemon grass, and orange peel. On the palate are aromas of pineapple, guava, tropical fruit, Asian pear, candied lemon, and green melon. The wine has a bright acidity and wonderful texture on the mid-palate.
While the core of this wine is Sauvignon Blanc, the Musqué, Sémillon, and Viognier add a lot of floral notes and viscosity to this vintage. We captured these wonderful floral notes by fermenting each variety separately in concrete eggs, stainless steel drums, and tanks.
The French oak barrels, in which 10% of the wine aged in, were very lightly toasted to preserve the delicate fruity aromas and provide a creamy texture to the mid-palate of the wine.
de Ladoucette Pouilly Fume Baron de L 2020 750ml
Winemaker Description
The delicate and complex olfactory expression opens on aromas which remind of white flower, exotic fruits. There is a very beautiful complexity for a vintage where the end-of-season’s sun brought a lot to the aromas. Excellent complexity that translates into great and elegant richness. Nice attack, straight and bright, it takes place with elegance on fruity notes associated with a dense structure and a beautiful acidity which brings a great length in the end of the mouth. There are aromas of exotic fruits (litchi, mango).
Purchased by the Comte Lafond, an ancestor of the current owner, Baron Patrick de Ladoucette, Château du Nozet and its surrounding vineyards have a reputation for producing the finest Pouilly-Fumé. The vineyards are in Pouilly-Fumé Contrôlée, which includes Pouilly-sur-Loire, Saint-Andelain and Tracy-sur-Loire at the eastern end of the Loire Valley (including the vineyard of the Château du Nozet estate).
Both clay and limestone influence the delicate characteristics in Ladoucette Baron de L Pouilly-Fumé. This Grande Cuvée of Pouilly Fumé is produced exclusively in the best years and from the first pressing of the estate’s grapes. Winemaker Description.
Domaine Des Loges Sauvignon Blanc Loire Valley 2025 750ml
Domaine des Loges Sauvignon Blanc — Loire Valley 2025
The Domaine des Loges family history can be traced back to 1789 — farmers and winegrowers in the heart of the Nantes vineyard, passing their know-how from generation to generation for over two centuries. In 2013, brothers Gwenaël and Benjamin Barre took over from their parents Maurice and Marie-Annick, expanding the estate to 41 hectares in the Muscadet appellation around the village of Monnières. The brothers harvest most of their grapes at night to keep them fresh and preserve delicate aromas, plant cover crops of rye, vetch, and red clover between the rows for natural fertilization, and vinify with care in stainless steel to maintain vibrant fruit character. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc of exceptional value and varietal precision.
Intense straw yellow in color. The nose is aromatic and inviting — passion fruit, citrus, and white flowers, with a clean, mineral freshness that speaks to the flint, sand, and marl-limestone soils of the Loire. On the palate, the wine is round and aromatic, with exotic fruit flavors, bright acidity, and a clean, refreshing finish. Delicate, precise, and endlessly food-friendly.

Domaine de la Chaise Touraine Sauvignon 2024 750ml
Domaine de la Chaise Touraine Sauvignon Blanc — Loire Valley 2024
Domaine de la Chaise’s Touraine Sauvignon is a textbook expression of the Loire Valley’s most celebrated white grape — and the 2024 vintage is a compelling argument for why Touraine remains one of France’s great white wine values. Sourced from the Clos des Roussettes vineyard in St-Georges-sur-Cher — the heart of the Touraine AOC — on argilo-calcareous soils that lend the wine its characteristic mineral tension, the wine is fermented at low temperature to preserve freshness and aromatic precision. At under $13, it is one of the most exciting values in all of the Loire.
The color is a brilliant golden yellow. The nose is expressive and aromatic: exotic fruits, pineapple, passion fruit, and white peach with a lifted, fresh character. On the palate, it is round and generous in attack, with well-balanced acidity and a clean, mineral finish. It delivers the kind of bright, food-friendly pleasure that only great Loire Sauvignon can — and it drinks beautifully right now.

J de Villebois Sancerre Silex Kosher 2024 750ml
Winemaker Description
In the eastern reaches of Sancerre lies a distinctive terroir defined by silex — the French term for flint — a dense, siliceous soil that gives this wine its singular mineral character. Light yellow with a golden core, the nose reveals fine, elegant flint-smoke notes that immediately announce the wine’s origins. Beneath the minerality, a layer of yellow fruit and delicate florals adds complexity and density.
On the palate, the flint-smoke character continues, framed by a full, juicy mouthfeel that remains precise and elegant. Powerful acidity drives the long, tense finish. This is Sauvignon Blanc at its most mineral and structured — the clay-siliceous soils, rich in siliceous conglomerates, providing exceptional finesse and a marked aromatic intensity that sets the Silex cuvée apart from classic Sancerre.

Domaine Pierre Martin Sancerre Chavignol Organic 2025 is a classically styled, terroir-driven Sancerre from one of Chavignol's most respected growers. Pierre Martin — who built his domaine from just 4 hectares of vines in this celebrated village — farms organically at high altitude, coaxing extraordinary precision and minerality from soils of caillottes (chalky white pebbles) and terres blanches (clay and limestone). Domaine de Villargeau Coteaux du Giennois 2023 750ml
Domaine de Villargeau is a family estate with a story rooted in determination and a deep respect for the land. In 1991, brothers Fernand and Jean-François Thibault cleared hillsides in the Coteaux du Giennois that had lain abandoned since the phylloxera crisis, planting vines on south-southwest-facing slopes that enjoy exceptional sun exposure. The next generation followed: Marc returned to the estate in 2000 armed with formal training in viticulture and oenology, and Yves joined shortly after, bringing with him a strong commitment to environmental stewardship. That commitment culminated in 2019 when the domaine launched its full conversion to organic agriculture — a milestone that reflects the family’s long-term vision for the land.
The Coteaux du Giennois is a small, often overlooked Loire appellation situated just north of Sancerre, sharing the same chalky, flint-rich soils that give the region’s Sauvignon Blancs their signature mineral precision. Villargeau’s south-facing hillside sites amplify that character, producing wines of remarkable freshness, finesse, and aromatic complexity at an exceptional price point.
The 2023 is pale yellow with silvery glints. The nose opens with bright aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, and lemon on a floral background, with subtle notes of lily of the valley and elderberry. With aeration, the wine gains complexity, revealing mineral and spicy nuances alongside lime blossom and bergamot. The palate is fresh and lively from the first sip — consistent with the nose, with the same citrus precision — and finishes on lovely, lingering mineral notes. A wine of finesse, intensity, and outstanding value.

Pascal Balland Sancerre Les Hautes Pierres 2025 750ml
Pascal Balland · 'Les Hautes Pierres' Sancerre Blanc · Loire Valley · 2025
"The High Stones" — that's what Les Hautes Pierres means, and it tells you everything about this wine before you even open the bottle. Pascal Balland farms his Sancerre vineyards on the steep, stony hillsides above the village of Boué in the heart of the appellation, where Kimmeridgian limestone and silex (flint) soils define the mineral backbone that makes Sancerre one of the world's great white wine appellations. A family domaine with deep roots in the Loire, Balland brings a precise, uninterventionist hand to his winemaking — letting the terroir speak rather than the cellar. At $39.99, this is Sancerre at a price that respects both the wine and the buyer.
Harvested by hand, the grapes are pneumatically pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. The wine rests on its fine lees before a light filtration and spring bottling. The 2025 shows everything you come to Sancerre for: a luminous pale gold in the glass, with a nose of white grapefruit, lemon zest, fresh-cut grass, and a signature flinty minerality. On the palate: crisp, dry, and laser-focused, with vibrant acidity, flavors of citrus and white peach, and a long, stony finish that lingers. Drink now through 2028.
