Château Minuty is one of Provence's most celebrated estates, a family-owned domaine on the Saint-Tropez peninsula that has been producing benchmark rosé for generations. Cuvée M is the estate's signature expression — the wine that established Minuty's reputation for elegant, food-friendly Provence rosé and remains one of the most recognized labels in the category worldwide. It is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Tibouren, the traditional varieties of the Côtes de Provence, vinified with precision to capture the freshness, delicacy and subtle complexity that define the appellation at its best.
The 2025 vintage pours a delicate pale pink with a luminous clarity. The nose is fresh and inviting, with aromas of ripe red berries, peach, white flowers and a hint of citrus. The palate is round and generous — crunchy red fruit and ripe stone fruit flavors are balanced by lively acidity and a fine, refreshing finish. A slight natural sweetness tempers the wine's liveliness without compromising its dry, elegant character. Clean, precise and immediately pleasurable.
