The Brut Rosé is 100% Pinot Noir, crafted via méthode champenoise with a full 24 months aging en tirage. The result is a wine of genuine depth for the price: a nearly garnet-pink color with a bright floral bouquet of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, followed by a rich, fruity palate in a clean, dry brut style. Dense and fresh with excellent balance, it finishes long and lingering. One of the most compelling values in American sparkling wine.
