The Gruet Brut Rosé Sparkling New Mexico 750ml is made from 100% Pinot Noir and aged 24 months en tirage — the same extended aging used in Champagne production. The result is a nearly garnet-pink rosé with real depth and complexity: a bright floral bouquet of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry on the nose, followed by a rich, fruity palate in a dry, brut style. Dense, fresh, and beautifully balanced.
