The Lobos 1707 Tequila Joven PX Sherry Cask Finished 750ml is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, aged 2 months in American white oak with a hint of Reposado, then finished in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks from Spain — the barrica española de roble. The result is a Joven of remarkable complexity: expressive cultivated agave on the nose with tobacco, herb, and earth notes, a balanced body with slight balsamic tones and strong notes of freshly cut Blue Weber agave, and a smooth, lingering finish.
