Their Clothbound Goat Cheddar is a singular achievement: goat’s milk handled with the discipline and craft of traditional English cheddar-making, clothbound and naturally matured for 6 months to develop a character that is lean, complex, and deeply satisfying. It earned a 2-Star Great Taste Award 2025 — the judges called it “creamy and versatile, with a lingering flavour — this would be easy to keep eating.”
The aroma is fresh with the merest suggestion of goat. On the palate it is rich yet clean — savoury, buttery, and almondy, with a modest but definite goat character and a long, lingering finish. Approachable enough for everyday eating, complex enough to anchor a cheese board.
