High in the foothills of the Sierra de Toloño in Rioja Alavesa, winemaker Sandra Bravo works some of the oldest and highest-altitude vineyards in all of Rioja. Trained in engineering and enology, with stints in Bordeaux, Tuscany, New Zealand, California, and seven years in Priorat, she returned to her home region in 2012 with a clear vision: make wines that respect what the vineyard gives, always looking for freshness. Her vineyards in Rivas de Tereso sit at 650 metres altitude on calcareous soils, surrounded by Mediterranean herbs and swept by the north wind — conditions that produce wines of genuine mineral character.
The Rosé is made from red grapes harvested from the coolest locations in the Sierra de Toloño. Subtle aromas of raspberry and rose petals, invigorating acidity, and a mineral core — everything in balance. Fermented in steel and old wood with minimal intervention, it is alive, fresh, and endlessly drinkable. A rosé for every day and every season.
