Made from 100% Pinot Noir from Soter's Northern Willamette Valley estate holdings, the blend brings together Mineral Springs Vineyard in Yamhill-Carlton, Ribbon Ridge Estate and Tarren Vineyard in Eola-Amity Hills. The producer identifies all three sources as certified organic, with Mineral Springs also certified biodynamic. The wine sees 30 days of extended maceration, 25% whole clusters and 10 months in barrel, with 35% new French oak.
