Luxardo Bitter Rosso Liqueur 50 Proof 750ml
Bitter Rosso Liqueur | Torreglia, Veneto / Italy
Size: 750ml | ABV: 25% (50 Proof)
Luxardo has been crafting exceptional Italian liqueurs since 1821, when Girolamo Luxardo founded the distillery in Zara (now Zadar, Croatia) before relocating to Torreglia in the Veneto after World War II. The family’s commitment to traditional recipes and botanical craftsmanship has made them one of the most respected names in the world of Italian spirits — best known for their iconic Maraschino, but equally masterful across their full range.
Bitter Rosso is Luxardo’s answer to the classic Italian amaro aperitivo — a beautifully balanced infusion of sweet and bitter oranges, rhubarb, mint, marjoram, and thyme. Deep ruby-red in the glass, it delivers a complex interplay of citrus peel, herbal bitterness, and a gentle sweetness that makes it endlessly versatile. Sip it neat over ice, use it to build a Negroni or Spritz, or explore it as a sophisticated substitute wherever an Italian bitter is called for.
“A pleasant aperitif obtained from the infusion of several fruits and herbs such as sweet oranges, bitter oranges, rhubarb, mint, marjoram and thyme.”
— Luxardo
Botanicals: Sweet orange, bitter orange, rhubarb, mint, marjoram, thyme
Serve: Neat over ice, in a Negroni, Spritz, or Americano.

Parker's Heritage Collection aged 10yrs Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey Cask Strength 128.8 Proof 750ml
Producer Description
Each year as part of the Parker's Heritage Collection, we select a special whiskey to be released in the name of our late Master Distiller Parker Beam. The barrels selected for this series include Bourbon, Rye, and Wheat Whiskeys, among others, and are some of the finest and most diverse American Whiskeys ever produced. They are a fitting tribute to the expertise of Parker Beam.
The 17th edition of the Parker’s Heritage Collection consists of 10-year-old Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey pulled from 142 barrels. For this release, we used our traditional rye mashbill of 51% rye, 35% corn and 14% malted barley. It was barreled in August, October or December of 2012 and aged on the first floor of Rickhouse H1 and H2, the fifth floor of Rickhouse FF, the third and seventh floors of Rickhouse BB, and the second floor of Rickhouse DD.
At bottling, the liquid was non-chill filtered. This is only the second Rye in the collection and is the longest-aged Rye Whiskey in the Heaven Hill Distillery portfolio, making this a truly special edition.

Glenmorangie 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Extremely Rare 750ml
Producer Description
The 18 Years Old is a single malt Scotch whisky of serious distinction. Once it has spent fifteen years maturing in American white oak casks approximately 30% is transferred into Spanish Oloroso casks to spend a further three years maturing. Then, when both elements have reached 18 years, we blend them back together to create a whisky with a rich bouquet and full, rounded flavour.
For a whisky of this age this expression has maintained, thanks to our delicate floral spirit and fine Oloroso casks, an incredible degree of vibrancy where the raisiny sweetness of the sherry has been toned down by the nuttiness of the American oak.

Ardbeg An Oa Single Malt Scotch 750ml
Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky | Port Ellen, Islay / Scotland
Size: 750ml | Non Chill-Filtered
Ardbeg is one of Islay’s most legendary distilleries — a remote, windswept outpost on the southern shore of the island that has been producing some of Scotland’s most intensely peated single malts since 1815. For devotees of smoky whisky, Ardbeg is a pilgrimage destination; for everyone else, it is a revelation.
An Oa (pronounced “an-OH”, named for the Oa peninsula at Islay’s southern tip) is the most approachable expression in the Ardbeg range — and the most deliberately rounded. Its singular character comes from time spent in a bespoke oak Gathering Vat, where whiskies from multiple cask types — sweet Pedro Ximénez, spicy virgin charred oak, and intense ex-bourbon — are brought together to harmonize before bottling. The result is Ardbeg’s hallmark peat and dark chocolate, mellowed by a delectable smooth sweetness: aniseed, silky butterscotch, black pepper, and clove, rising to an intense crescendo of flavor. Non chill-filtered, as it should be.
“A dram with smoky power, mellowed by a delectable, smooth sweetness. Hallmark Ardbeg peat, dark chocolate and aniseed are wrapped in smooth, silky butterscotch, black pepper and clove, before rising to an intense crescendo of flavour.”
— Ardbeg Distillery
Casks: Pedro Ximénez · Virgin charred oak · Ex-bourbon · Gathering Vat finishing
Non chill-filtered
Serve: Neat or with a few drops of water to open the peat. Pairs with dark chocolate, smoked meats, or aged cheddar.
Nikka - Whisky from The Barrel 102.8 Proof 750ml
94 Points Whisky Advocate | Number 1 in the 2018 Top 20. Notably balanced and elegant, the colorful palette of whiskies combines for tremendous depth of flavor. Soft, sweet butterscotch and orange peel meet poached pears and stone fruits. Earthiness appears as dried autumn leaves, coffee, old oak, and tobacco. Among the tangle of spices, tasters identified chili pepper, allspice, cloves, and universally adored its ginger note. Finally, wisps of smoke and sea salt. Overall, it feels generously malty, with the grain whisky lending broad sweetness and supple mouthfeel across the long finish. Beyond its delightful flavors, Nikka From the Barrel presents some paradoxes worthy of contemplation over a glass. It is a classic, yet new to the U.S. It is typically Japanese, yet singularly magnificent. It is delightful sipped neat and also blossoms with water. Even the simple, squat bottle is in contrast to the profound complexity within. (Fortunately, the 500 ml bottle offered in other markets received a supersizing for U.S. drinkers.) The great majority of new Japanese whiskies now arriving to our shores are so rare and so expensive that they seem intended only for elite whisky lovers. Nikka From the Barrel is a consummate Japanese blend for anyone to enjoy. - Winter 2018
91 Points Beverage Tasting Institute | Dark amber color. Aromas of cinnamon pastry, pickled ginger, sourdough, honey, and raisins with a silky, crisp, fruity medium body and a tingling, compelling, medium-length crepes, dulce de leche, butter-poached pear, and toasted spice cake finish. A rich and toasty Japanese blended whisky that offers big character that will stand up in craft cocktails.
Nikka From The Barrel, according to those behind it, was first introduced into Japan back in 1986, and is considered a coveted expression for travelers to bring back from its homeland. It is a Japanese blended whisky, bringing together a very complex mix of more than 100 different batches of malt whisky and grain whisky produced at Nikka’s Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries, and aged in multiple types of casks: ex-bourbon barrels and puncheons, ex-sherry butts, and refilled, recharred and remade hogsheads. While non-age statement in nature, importer Hotaling & Co. did note the blend undergoes three to six months of additional aging at Nikka’s aging cellar to help in the marriage of flavors. Cappelletti Amaro Alta Verde 750ml
Cappelletti · Amaro Alta Verde · Trentino-Alto Adige · Italy
Antica Erboristeria Cappelletti was founded in 1909 in the historic Piazza Fiera in the center of Trento — a firm rooted from the very beginning in the tradition of herbs, roots, and flowers of the Alpine foothills. Today, four generations later, Luigi and Maddalena Cappelletti continue all production in-house from their home in Aldeno, 20 km south of Trento, surrounded by vineyards and apple orchards. Alta Verde is their traditional wormwood amaro: a style that was once common throughout the Adriatic but has become increasingly rare over the last half century. This is the real thing — uncompromising, botanical, and built for those who take their bitters seriously.
The principal ingredient is assenzio — a variety of wormwood — framed and lightened by a complementary blend of alpine herbs, citrus, and spice. The result is a deeply bitter, aromatic amaro with a drying finish and genuine complexity. Best enjoyed with citrus and tonic or soda, over ice with a big squeeze of lemon, or in cocktails where Alta Verde adds depth and a drying effect to balance sweeter drinks.

Emilio Lustau Reserva Solera Brandy de Jerez 700ml
Emilio Lustau · Solera Reserva · Brandy de Jerez DO · Andalusia · Spain
Emilio Lustau is one of Jerez’s most celebrated sherry houses — and their approach to Brandy de Jerez is as meticulous as their approach to fino and amontillado. The Solera Reserva is the youngest brandy in the Lustau portfolio, distilled from Airén grapes harvested in central Spain and brought to Jerez for aging in the traditional solera and criadera system — the same method that gives sherry its layered complexity. What sets this brandy apart is the cask seasoning: each barrel was first filled with young Amontillado sherry, which smooths the virgin oak and impregnates the wood with nutty, oxidative character before the brandy ever touches it. Aged an average of three years. Gold Medal Best in Class at the International Wine and Spirits Competition and International Spirits Challenge.
Light amber with greenish reflections, the Solera Reserva opens with aromas of vanilla, toasted wood, orange marmalade, and hazelnuts. On the palate, it is bone dry and smooth — mellow yet intense — with a long, nutty finish that lingers with warmth and elegance. A brandy of genuine craft and exceptional value.

Situated within the picturesque Spey valley, Rothes is home to five distilleries all tucked along the tiny main street - unbeknown to passing visitors. Amongst these is Glenrothes hidden in a small glen on the outskirts of the village.
Today Glenrothes single malt is used as the heart of Cutty Sark blended whisky. Approaching the distillery your eyes are drawn to the right where the village graveyard stretches up the hill. As whisky matures it evaporates, this is known as 'the angels share.' Feeding off the evaporated whisky is a black sooty fungus, which gives an eerie atmosphere to the place. The blackened grave stones under the shadows of tall trees surrounded by distillery buildings.
Tasting Notes: Toasted malt with fruit aromas, hints of green apples and fresh coconut. A subtle salty sea air is also present. Sweet with floral and fruit flavours, banana, and lemonade with a slight walnut edge.

Producer Description
Port Charlotte 10 year old is conceived, distilled, matured and bottled only on Islay. Made from 100% Scottish barley, it is trickle distilled through tall, narrow-necked stills for a balanced, heathery style of barbeque smoke.
Our Port Charlotte 10 year old expression is everything an Islay whisky can and should be.
With an ambition to make the ultimate “Islay” whisky, this is a single malt made by people not software; a whisky watched over every day of its maturing life by those who made it; a whisky born of a community with a vision and a mission to kick start a single malt whisky revolution. This Port Charlotte 10 year old is who we are. This is where we’re from.
We believe an “Islay” whisky should live and breathe the fresh salt tang of Islay air, all its life. This is not a spirit distilled on the island and immediately shipped off to the mainland to mature in an undisclosed warehouse.
This is a spirit born from the island and the community, a true expression of the land, the culture, the people.
Memo Summary Notes
