Roccafiore Todi Grechetto Fiorfiore 2023 750ml
ROCCAFIORE FIORFIORE GRECHETTO DI TODI 2023 | 750ML
🇮🇹 Italy — Grechetto di Todi | Todi, Umbria
Straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose is generous and expressive — pineapple, golden apple, yellow flowers, and delicate hints of white spice. On the palate it is enveloping, fresh, and sapid, with good minerality and a sleek texture that speaks to both the single-vineyard terroir and the 12 months of amphora aging. A wine of great elegance and complexity, with a drinking window that extends 3–4 years from harvest.
Fiorfiore is produced from a single vineyard of Grechetto di Todi (clone G5) planted in 1990, trained Guyot on whitish clay soils rich in marl, limestone, and chalk. Fermentation is spontaneous with indigenous yeasts; the wine is then aged 12 months in amphora and large Slavonian oak casks on fine lees, with no malolactic fermentation, followed by a minimum of 6 months in bottle before release.
Cantina Roccafiore was established by the Baccarelli family in 1999 on 15 hectares of rolling hills near Todi — the green heart of Umbria. Sustainability is foundational: the estate runs on renewable energy, uses organic farming practices, and employs indigenous yeast fermentations exclusively. “Today, in addition to the essential quality of the grapes, creating excellent wines requires vision, innovation and nerve.”
Grape: 100% Grechetto di Todi (Clone G5)
Region: Todi, Umbria, Italy
Vintage: 2023
Aging: 12 months in amphora & Slavonian oak

Eduardo Torres Acosta IGT Terre Siciliane Bianco "Versante Est” 2024 750ml
Expert Review - Vintage 2024
Vinous 93 Points | The first of the two white wines, the 2024 Versante Nord is a blend of varieties sourced from six different vineyards at varying altitudes from the north side of the valley, which receives more sunlight during the day. This wine offers a wealth of power, with notes of salted pineapples, fresh sage, smoky earth, and saline. It’s bright with acidity, salinity, and a light wild side, though very well-managed. It had been bottled just three weeks earlier, so this tasting was a preview prior to its release. Drink over the coming 8-10 years.
Winemaker Description
This wine offers a strikingly pure expression of Mt. Etna’s eastern slopes. Grown on volcanic soils at high elevation, this white blend is taut, mineral, and refreshingly saline, with notes of citrus zest, herbs, and crushed rock. A brilliant new bottling from one of Etna’s most exciting voices—available now on pre-sale in limited quantities.
Eric Guido also last year assigned 91 Points to this plot- and said as follows of the 2023 vintage - Crushed rocks, dried flowers, raw almonds and freshly sliced nectarines form a savory bouquet as the 2023 Carricante Versante Est opens in the glass. Nearly salty in character, it washes across the palate with ease, showing tart orchard fruits and hints of lemony custard. The 2023 finishes with medium length, leaving a pleasant chamomile air to linger.

Nicosia Monte Gorna Etna Bianco 2023 750ml
Warehouse stored item - please allow one to three business days to fulfill.
The Nicosia “Cru” wines of Etna come from the Monte Gorna estate, located in the Trecastagni area, very close to the wine cellar. A red and a white wine, made with organic grapes, that authentically represent the great expression that this terroir and its native vines can offer.
These DOC wines are the demonstration that on the volcano each slope, each area, each vineyard can produce wines with different characteristics, giving unique and unrepeatable sensations. The composition of the eruptive materials gave life to composite soils, often made up small sized pumice stones, known as "ripiddu", found mostly on extinguished volcanic cones such as Monte Gorna; thier elevated drainage capacity and their wealth of potassium paly an important role in balancing the grape's maturation process.
Even the climate distinguishes the Etna area respect to the rest of Sicily. The average temperatures on the mountains are lower and the climate also changes depending on the slope and the alyitude.
From a winemaking standpoint, the wine diurnal temperature range is fundamental, as it gives the wines their goog freshness and elegant aromas.
Carricante is an indigenous white grape cultivated exclusively on Etna and its name refers to the plant considerable productivity. In fact, the name Carricante refres to a "plant full of fruits".

Cantine San Marzano Salento Edda Lei Bianco 2023 750ml
Chardonnay, Moscatel, Fiano | Salento, Puglia / Italy
Vintage: 2023 | Size: 750ml
90+ Rated
Cantine San Marzano is one of Puglia’s most celebrated cooperative estates, farming the sun-drenched heel of Italy’s boot with a commitment to quality that has earned them an international following. “Edda Lei” — named for a woman, as the best things often are — is their flagship white blend: a luxurious, opulent expression of Southern Italian viticulture that draws comparisons to fine white Burgundy, but with the exotic, sun-drenched aromatics that only Salento can deliver.
The 2023 vintage is a blend of Chardonnay, Moscatel, and Fiano, each variety contributing its own dimension. Tropical and yellow fruit lead the nose — pineapple, lychee, and melon — with delicate seashell and floral notes woven throughout. On the palate, it is fresh and gently saline, medium- to full-bodied, with a richness that feels Mediterranean in the best possible sense. A wine with genuine cult appeal and the structure to match.
“Lovely tropical and yellow fruit on the nose, such as pineapple, lychees and melon, as well as seashells and flowers. It’s fresh and gently saline with a medium to full body.”

The 2024 earned 95 points from Decanter, 92 from James Suckling, and 91 from Wine Enthusiast — a triple-score performance that places it among the finest Sauvignon Blancs produced anywhere in the world.

On the palate, the wine is full and precise — crisp acidity, a smooth, elegant body, and a long, mineral-laced finish with notes of lime blossom, green apple skin, and salt crystals. It is a Sauvignon of extraordinary intensity and grace, proving that delicacy and power are not mutually exclusive. Decant briefly or serve well chilled.

Now in a generous 1.5L Magnum format, it is the perfect bottle for aperitivo spreads, summer gatherings, and any table that deserves something better than ordinary.
Pale yellow-green in color with a clean, inviting nose of crisp lemon, green apple, and almond. On the palate, the wine is lighter-bodied with lively acidity, bright citrus fruit, and a pure, unoaked character that keeps everything fresh and focused. Fontana Candida Pinot Grigio MAGNUM 1.5 Liter
Fontana Candida Pinot Grigio 1.5L Magnum is a generous, crowd-ready expression from one of Italy's most storied estates — a producer whose name is synonymous with the wines of Rome and the Lazio region. For this Pinot Grigio, Fontana Candida looks north, sourcing fruit from the cool, volcanic-influenced hills of Delle Venezie, where the combination of altitude, mineral-rich soils, and a continental climate produces grapes of exceptional freshness and aromatic precision.
Pale straw in the glass with delicate golden highlights. The nose is clean and inviting, with aromas of white peach, green apple, citrus blossom, and a subtle mineral note that speaks to the volcanic terroir. On the palate, the wine is light-bodied and crisp, with bright acidity, a refreshing texture, and a clean, dry finish that lingers with a hint of almond. Effortlessly drinkable and reliably consistent — a Magnum format made for the table.
The Delle Venezie DOC, spanning Veneto, Friuli, and Trentino-Alto Adige, is Italy's premier appellation for Pinot Grigio, and Fontana Candida brings its Roman winemaking heritage to bear on this northern varietal with characteristic elegance and restraint.
Serve well chilled. Pairs beautifully with seafood, light pasta dishes, fresh cheeses, and antipasti. An ideal choice for gatherings and celebrations.
