This is the Grand Vin Blanc, mainly made from Roussanne with Clairette and Marsanne. The Roussane was oak aged in French oak barrels. The wine is named after Albert, Jacques Capsouto’s younger brother. The wine is straw colored with a lemony, apricot character and a hint of a floral aroma. It is medium bodied and with good complexity, and a long broad flavored finish.

93 Points Wine Enthusiast | Within the beautiful floral bottle, this brisk gin opens with plenty of juniper, but melds floral, citrus and spice tones in equal measure. White flowers and lime peel lead to a long, warming finish accented with cayenne and pink pepper. Mix into G&Ts and other long drinks. Made with botanicals foraged from Israel's Galilee region; kosher and kosher for Passover. 

Tucked behind Dalton Mountain, Kerem Nadav is surrounded by the wild Birkat Kash nature reserve at approximately 700m elevation. Two varieties — Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) and Petit Verdot (30%) — grow together in this single vineyard rooted in heavy Basalt soil, co-fermenting to create a uniquely expressive wine of place. Each wine in Dalton's Single Vineyard series encapsulates a site-specific microcosmos: its soil, landscape, and the climate that shapes them.

The vineyard is farmed using sustainable practices, with rich biodiversity: nesting boxes for owls, and goats that graze in winter to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

Attractive ruby hue of medium depth. A nose of fresh scrubland with a hint of jujube, while its finesse and elegance are clear as soon it touches the palate.

Deep and attractive red color with a purple rim. Mountain wine with a powerful terroir expression. Intense red fruit, black currants, lavender, thyme, rosemary and scrubland notes. In the palate shows long, very fresh, wide and savory, with a gentle structure and attractive texture.

Expert Review - Vintage 2022

Burghoud Allen Meadows 93-96 Points | An expressive, ripe and airy nose features the relatively primary essence of plum liqueur, kirsch, spice and earth notes. The strikingly intense and sleek larger-bodied flavors possess only average concentration yet there is impressive power on the moderately austere and beautifully long finish that tightens up noticeable as it sits on the palate. I suspect that this will flesh out and add richness with time in bottle though like several wines in the range, this is going to require extended patience.
