Nino Franco Prosecco Rustico di Valdobbiadene DOCG 750ml
The benchmark Prosecco Superiore — elegant, fresh, and endlessly food-friendly from the heart of Valdobbiadene.
Nino Franco has been making Prosecco in Valdobbiadene since 1919, and Rustico is the wine that put them on the map. Named in honor of an old tradition of bottle-fermented Prosecco, it remains one of the world's most celebrated values in high-quality sparkling wine — earning 94 points from Wine Enthusiast and landing on Wine Enthusiast's Top 100 Wines of 2019.
Crafted from 100% Glera grown in the DOCG Prosecco Superiore zone, Rustico is non-vintage by design — blended each year to maintain a consistent house style that is bright, aromatic, and effortlessly drinkable. The nose opens with white spring flowers, Bartlett pear, green apple, and honeysuckle. On the palate it's light-bodied and creamy, with soft effervescence, ripe orchard fruit, a whisper of fennel seed, and a clean, refreshing finish with just a touch of quinine bitterness.
Primo Franco recommends serving in a wine glass rather than a flute — the wider bowl lets the aromatics fully open up. Pour it cold, pour it freely, and pair it with everything from oysters to prosciutto to a quiet Tuesday evening.

Isle Saint Pierre IGP Mediterranee Rose 2025 750ml
Isle Saint Pierre IGP Méditerranée Rosé — Southern France 2025

The result is a bistro-style rosé that over-delivers at every turn.

Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough 2024 750ml
Dog Point Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc — Marlborough 2024
Dog Point Vineyard is the project of two Cloudy Bay veterans, Ivan Sutherland and James Healy, who set out to make a Sauvignon Blanc that transcends the region's exuberant mainstream. Hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, and fermented with indigenous yeasts, Dog Point's approach is one of restraint and terroir transparency. The result is a wine of genuine character: savory, textural, and built to age — a world apart from the wham-bam Marlborough style. The 2024 vintage is among the finest expressions of the estate.
The color is pale straw with a luminous clarity. The nose is pure and captivating: grapefruit, white peach, key lime, crushed sea shells, and a whisper of smoke and gravelly minerality that adds complexity beyond the immediate fruit. On the palate, juicy white-fleshed fruit pours across with refreshing, defined acidity — crisp, focused, and finishing clean and dry with a lightly grippy, saline texture. Drinks beautifully now or can comfortably be cellared for five years or more.

The 2024 is a blend of 30% Riesling, 20% Gewurztraminer, 15% Pinot Gris, 15% Pinot Blanc, 15% Sylvaner, and 5% Muscat — each variety contributing its own character to the whole.

Castello di Volpaia Chianti Classico Organic 2022 750ml
About Castello di Volpaia
Volpaia is one of the most stunning estates in Italy, located in a fortified medieval village in Radda in Chianti. Because the vineyards are among the highest in the Chianti Classico zone — up to 600 meters — the wines have a cool-climate elegance that sets them apart from the heavier, more muscular Chiantis found in the valleys.
Winemaker Description
The Chianti Classico has a vivid ruby color and a strong nose of fresh red fruit with hints of cherry. A well-structured wine with a fruity finish. The vintage began with a warm winter with little rain. May and June were cold with heavy rains that caused several problems with downy mildew throughout Italy. In July temperatures rose significantly, and the hot, dry summer was followed by late August rains that allowed the grapes to complete ripening beautifully.
Expert Reviews

Brown, Kermit Lynch Importing: “Brimming with honeysuckle, lychee, and citrus, this Bordeaux blend is reliably harmonious with Eastern cuisine — sushi, dumplings, Szechuan dishes, light curries, and vermicelli bowls all jive. I sampled a glass or two with saag paneer, butter chicken, and naan and found the Graves’ acidity a refreshing foil to the meal’s garam-masala-scented richness.”
Tasting Profile
Pale gold with bright highlights. Fresh and aromatic on the nose — honeysuckle, lychee, citrus zest, cut grass, and a hint of tropical fruit. Crisp and refreshing on the palate with lively acidity, a clean mineral backbone, and a dry, precise finish. Classic white Graves: harmonious, food-friendly, and endlessly drinkable.
Food Pairings
Serve well-chilled (44–48°F). Exceptionally versatile — pairs beautifully with sushi, dumplings, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, light curries, grilled fish, goat cheese, and fresh salads. One of the most food-friendly whites in Bordeaux.

Planted in the cool, fog-influenced Anderson Valley of Mendocino County, the estate grows Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in terroir that produces wines of genuine freshness and elegance. The Brut NV is a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, built on a base of 2019 wines, aged two years on the lees, with a significant portion of oak-aged reserve wine adding richness and complexity. Dosage: 7.5 g/L. Rated 94 points by Decanter, 93 by Wine Spectator, and named #2 Wine Spectator Top Ten Value of 2024.
The Estate Brut opens with aromas of baked apple, pie crust, toasted cashews, almonds, and biscuit with flinty touches. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied — rounded and creamy with bright lemony character, seashell minerality, and a long, mineral-driven finish. More herbal and textural than Champagne, with a good Champagne’s freshness and elegance. As the New York Times put it: “It doesn’t taste like Champagne. It’s more herbal, less mineral, but it’s got a good Champagne’s freshness and elegance.”

Allegrini Palazzo Della Torre Veronese 2023 750ml
Allegrini · Palazzo della Torre · Veronese IGT · Veneto, Italy · 2023 · 750ml
Allegrini is one of the Veneto's most important wine families, with roots in Fumane di Valpolicella stretching back to the 16th century. Palazzo della Torre is their signature Veronese IGT — a wine that has quietly become one of Italy's great overachievers. Blended from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and a touch of Sangiovese, it undergoes a partial ripasso-style process: a portion of the grapes are dried before fermentation, adding concentration, depth, and structure that punch well above the wine's price point. The result is a bottle that drinks like an Amarone's younger sibling — at a fraction of the cost. At $20.99, this is the Italian red you reach for when you want to impress without overthinking it.
Deep ruby in the glass with a generous, dark-fruited nose of black cherry, blackberry, ash, incense, and a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate: full-bodied and richly textured, with lush fruit framed by graphite, crisp acidity, and tight, youthful tannins that give the wine real structure and aging potential. James Suckling awarded it 93 points for the 2023 vintage. Drink now through 2029, or cellar for a few years to let the tannins soften and the complexity deepen. Pair with braised short ribs, lamb ragu, aged pecorino, or a simple plate of charcuterie.

Studio by Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé — Provence 2025
Studio by Miraval is a collaboration between the celebrated Perrin Family — the force behind Château Beaucastel and some of the Rhône’s greatest wines — and the legendary Miraval estate in Provence. Named as a tribute to the recording studio where Pink Floyd recorded The Wall, this wine embodies the spirit of Art de Vivre around the Mediterranean. Strongly influenced by sea spray and the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea, the salty, almost iodized soils of the estate give the wine a unique coastal character that sets it apart from the crowd. The 2025 vintage — marked by intense summer heat, early maturity, and beautifully concentrated, aromatic berries — earned 90 points from Decanter and is punching well above its price.
The color is a seductive, clear, bright pale-pink with pastel reflections. The nose is all finesse and elegance: small red fruit, cherry blossom, and a superb aromatic bouquet. On the palate, it is lively and ample — blood orange, redcurrant, and cranberry are perfectly balanced by a fresh mineral structure and a hint of bitterness, with a long, tasty finish that lingers with iodized freshness.
Decanter 90 — “Concentrated, a really nice balance between cranberry and citrus. Open and lifted and aromatic, floral, dry and full of flavour. This is punching above its weight for the price.”

Purato Rose Terre Siciliane 2025 Organic 750ml
Purato Rosé — Terre Siciliane 2025 — Certified Organic
Purato is one of Sicily’s most celebrated organic wine producers — a brand built on the belief that great wine and responsible farming are not just compatible, but inseparable. Every bottle is certified organic, carbon-neutral, and vegan-friendly, packaged exclusively in recycled and recyclable materials. The Rosé is their flagship warm-weather wine: made from Nero d’Avola, Sicily’s signature red grape, grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of Terre Siciliane in the island’s south. It has become a perennial favorite — a wine that delivers surprising complexity and genuine Sicilian character at an everyday price, vintage after vintage.
The color is a luminous, pale salmon-pink. The nose is bright and expressive: wild strawberry, citrus, wet sand, sea breeze, orange honey, and a whisper of spice — surprising complexity for an everyday rosé. On the palate, it is light-bodied, energetic, and clean, with lively acidity and a fresh, lingering finish that makes you reach for another glass. Dry, effortlessly drinkable, and built for the table — this is Southern Sicily in a bottle.
