- Wild raspberries (rare in the Alsace) are sourced from a small grower in Romania; shipped to the distillery within 48 hours

Mic Drop Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey L22-01 Ardea Herodias 7 yr 750ml
Producer Description
MIC.DROP. L22-01 Mic Drop started as a side project enabling PM Spirits to have access to American whiskey for our New York market – at the time, we had none to sell. The first few releases happened to be MGP for no particular reason others than the fact that out of all the casks we tasted, we felt these stood out most and met the criteria for the type of releases we wanted to make happen. After the third release, we started to wonder what Mic Drop should actually stand for. We decided to use it as a brand that would shine a spotlight on distillers and barrels that we felt were particularly good.
Our fourth release was a rye whiskey produced by Wilderness Trail, simply because to us, they may very well be the best player in that category at the moment. In the middle of 2021, we stumbled upon something very, very different when a friend suggested we taste two specific barrels. They contained bourbon that was double distilled in Louisville, Kentucky on a Vendome copper pot still with a mashbill of 60% corn, 17% wheat, 13% oats, and 10% barley. They aged in Kentucky in two 60 gallon, new American oak barrels with a #2 char for a little over seven years. Total yield was 55.1 gallons – slightly over 54% evaporation.
This bottling was obtained by dumping together the only two casks of bourbon ever made with this mashbill at this distillery. It was double distilled on a copper pot still and aged for over seven years in Louisville, Kentucky. It has been bottled at a cask strength of 58% abv, without chill filtration or added color. We can't tell you who made it. 100% of the profits from this bottling will go towards organizations advocating for gun safety in every town in America. Producer Description.

Allen Meadows Burghound 87-89 Points | Firm reduction buries the fruit. Otherwise, there is equally good freshness and energy to the succulent and fleshy, if not especially dense, flavors that conclude in a firm and mildly rustic though nicely persistent finale.

Michele Chiarlo Le Marne Gavi 2024 750ml
Michele Chiarlo Le Marne Gavi DOCG — Piedmont, Italy 2024
Michele Chiarlo is one of Piedmont’s most respected producers, celebrated for wines of precision and terroir across Barolo, Barbera, and Gavi. Le Marne is their benchmark Gavi: 100% Cortese sourced from clay marl soils rich in iron on high hills near the town of Gavi, where sea breezes from the Ligurian Sea and cool mountain winds from the Apennines create a microclimate ideal for growing Cortese to optimal ripeness. The grapes are hand-harvested with summer bunch thinning for concentration, pressed without crushing, cold-settled, and fermented with indigenous yeasts at low temperature before aging 3–4 months on fine lees in stainless steel — a process that builds complexity while preserving the grape’s signature freshness. The 2024 vintage was exceptional for white grapes: warm and dry from mid-June to mid-September, with grower expertise playing a crucial role in achieving optimal ripeness.
Straw yellow with bright green hues. The nose is elegant and inviting: golden apple, lemon, acacia flower, and bread crust. On the palate, it is crisp and fresh, with bright acidity, a mineral thread from the iron-rich clay marl soils, and a long, savory finish. A perfect food wine in every sense.

Michele Chiarlo Reyna Barbaresco DOCG 2023 750ml
Michele Chiarlo Reyna Barbaresco DOCG — Piedmont, Italy 2023
Barbaresco is known as the queen of Italian wine — and Reyna (“queen” in Piedmontese dialect) is Michele Chiarlo’s tribute to that regal character. Sourced from steep hillside vineyards in Barbaresco and Neive, facing southeast and southwest, the vines are planted in bluish-grey calcareous clay marl rich in microelements — the same ancient soils that define the finest expressions of Nebbiolo in the Langhe. Grapes are hand-harvested 10–15 days later than normal for maximum ripeness and concentration, then fermented at controlled temperatures, put through malolactic fermentation, and aged 18 months in large casks of French Allier and Slavonian oak before bottle aging. James Suckling awarded it 92 points.
Garnet red with brilliant hues. The nose is fine and expressive: small red fruits, rose petals, tea leaves, prunes, black cherries, licorice, and smashed flowers with a deep rhubarb undertone. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with firm, dusty yet polished tannins, brilliant acidity, and a long, tight, aristocratic finish full of flavor. Drink now or hold.
James Suckling 92 (Aldo Fiordelli) — “A ripe, fruity style, showing prunes, black cherries, licorice and bark, plus vibrant smashed flowers and a deep rhubarb undertone. Medium-bodied, offering firm, dusty yet polished tannins, with brilliant acidity and a tight, tense finish.” (Vintage 2023).

Michele Chiarlo Tortoniano Barolo DOCG 2022 750ml
Michele Chiarlo Tortoniano Barolo DOCG — Piedmont, Italy 2022
Michele Chiarlo has been vinifying the essence of Piedmont since 1956 — one of the region’s most visionary and historically significant producers. Founder Michele Chiarlo was among the first in Italy to introduce malolactic fermentation, and long before DOC laws were adopted, he was already aging his wines in oak and bottle for extended periods. Today the estate farms the finest crus of Barolo, Barbaresco, Nizza, and Gavi, using indigenous grapes — Nebbiolo, Barbera, Cortese, Moscato — to express the full depth of Piedmontese terroir. Tortoniano takes its name from the Tortonian-era soils in which the vines are planted — ancient marine sediments laid down 9 million years ago, rich in magnesium and manganese, that give the wine its distinctive mineral character and longevity. Grape clusters are thinned and harvested up to 15 days later than usual for maximum concentration, then aged two years in large oak casks and one year in bottle before release.
Garnet with brilliant luminous hues. The nose is inviting and complex: rose petals, juniper berries, and fine spices — the unmistakable signature of great Nebbiolo. On the palate, it is elegant with ample structure and silky tannins, and a long, refined finish that speaks clearly of its ancient soils. A Barolo of real depth and class.
- Producer: Michele Chiarlo, Calamandrana, Piedmont, Italy (est. 1956)
- Vintage: 2022
- Appellation: Barolo DOCG

Michter's 20 Year Old Single Barrel Bourbon Whiskey Batch 22H2516 8/22 750ML
Producer Description
20-Year Bourbon expressions reflect the exceptional results of uncompromising craftsmanship and Kentucky’s unrivaled climate for aging outstanding whiskey. Often much older than the age statement on the label, only a select few barrels age with the elegance required for inclusion in these highly limited releases.
Michter's Barrel Strength Rye 750ml
Butterscotch and cinnamon with a hint of cherries on the nose; warming, rich, toasty vanilla and caramel up front with a dry oaky spice on the finish.
The May 2015 inaugural release of Michter's US1 Barrel Strength Rye marked yet another milestone in that quest. For maturation, the Rye distillate is entered into the barrel at 103 proof, rather than a more industry standard higher proof. Barrel entry at a lower proof of 103 rather than a higher proof costs Michter's more money in terms of barrels and warehousing, but they believe it yields a richer, smoother, more full-bodied whiskey after proper maturation. A single barrel product, each barrel of Michter's US1 Barrel Strength Rye is bottled at its particular alcohol level at the time of bottling. The majority of barrels in the releases range from 107 to 112 proof. To savor it is a unique experience for anyone who enjoys rye whiskey.
Expert Reviews
Points Tasting Panel | Bottled at barrel strength (108 proof), this Kentucky straight rye exudes Michter’s always complex aromas—full of orange peel, burnt sugar, choco- late leather—with an extra stirring of the senses i ncluding cherrywood and peach. On the tongue, the alcohol sets a tone, then dissipates, leaving a warmth of peppered cherries, orange zest, toffee nibs and cocoa.
Points Wine Enthusiast | This limited-release rye offers a rich aroma of vanilla and caramel. Bottled at barrel strength, it's initially drying and hot on the palate. Complex and echoing with rounded vanilla and allspice, it stands up to plenty of dilution, and finishes on a hint of almond.
Michter's Bourbon TOASTED BARRELL Finish US 1 750ML
Producer Description
This drink is made from a carefully selected mash bill that features the highest quality American corn. The finish is lingering with wood notes mingling with maple syrup.
Michter's Bourbon US 1 Whiskey 750ml
Expert Review
Wine Enthusiast Superb/Highly Recommended | The bouquet has a dry, grainy aroma which is accented by peppery/spicy scents. The palate entry is surprisingly sweet and corny, considering how dry the aroma is; the midpalate point is deep, corny sweet, sap-like and a bit syrupy. Ends up well and balanced, with a backnote of dried red fruit (raisins, prunes).
Producer Description
The US*1 expressions, so named to honor Michter’s heritage harkening back to America’s first whiskey company, consist of some of the finest single barrel and truly small batch whiskeys available. Distilled to Master Distiller Dan McKee’s exacting specifications, no US*1 whiskey is ever released until Dan and the Michter’s tasting panel deems it ready.
Michter’s US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is made from a carefully selected mashbill that features the highest quality American corn. It is then matured to the peak of perfection. Truly “small batch” each batch of our US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is batched in a holding tank sized to fit a maximum of twenty full barrels, leaving no margin for “blending out” imperfection and thus necessitating excellence from every barrel. Reflecting the spirit of the Bluegrass State, Michter’s US*1 Kentucky Straight Bourbon is nuanced, mellow and earthy.
Profile: Kentucky whiskey. Fire-charred, new American white oak barrels. Rich caramel with balanced vanilla, stone fruit notes, smoky depth, with an oak finish. 91.4 Proof

Michter's U.S. 1 RYE Whiskey Straight Single Barrel 750ml
Michter’s U.S.*1 Straight Rye Whiskey — Single Barrel | Louisville, Kentucky | 750ml
Michter’s has been synonymous with American Rye since its founding in 1753 — making it one of the oldest whiskey-producing names in the United States. Rye was America’s original whiskey, and Michter’s takes the production of every single barrel with the utmost seriousness. The U.S.*1 Straight Rye is made from select American rye grain that is sheared before fermentation to maximize flavor saturation, then aged in a heated warehouse to accelerate interaction with the oak and develop exceptional depth and complexity. Each bottle is drawn from a single barrel, meaning no two are exactly alike — and every one is worth seeking out.
The nose is inviting and layered: light spice, black pepper, marmalade, and plum. On the palate, spicy rye grain and warm caramel frame a medium-bodied, well-structured whiskey with a clean, satisfying finish. Classic American Rye character — bold enough to sip neat, versatile enough to anchor a perfect Manhattan or Old Fashioned.
- Producer: Michter’s Distillery, Louisville, Kentucky, USA
- Expression: U.S.*1 Straight Rye — Single Barrel
- Style: American Straight Rye Whiskey
- Size: 750ml
- Tasting Notes: Black pepper, light spice, marmalade, plum, spicy grain, light caramel

A single-barrel American Rye from one of Kentucky’s founding distilleries — Michter’s U.S.*1 is the benchmark for what straight rye whiskey can be.
Michter's U.S. 1 SOUR MASH 750ml
Michter’s U.S.*1 Original Sour Mash Whiskey — Louisville, Kentucky | 750ml
Michter’s Original Sour Mash Whiskey is one of the great American whiskey comeback stories. During the 1970s and 1980s it was the distillery’s single most popular product — then it disappeared from the market in 1989 when the original distillery closed. After 23 years of absence, it made a triumphant return in 2012 as part of the U.S.*1 small-batch line, and whiskey enthusiasts have never looked back. Unlike bourbon or rye, Michter’s Sour Mash occupies its own category: a unique grain selection and the traditional sour mash process — where previously fermented mash acts as a starter for the new fermentation, much like sourdough bread — produce a whiskey of singular character that defies easy classification. The Tasting Panel awarded it 97 points. Wine Enthusiast gave it 93. At under $50, it is one of the most compelling values in American whiskey.
The nose is a showstopper: cherry, toasty vanilla biscuit, and warm burnt sugar. On the palate, a generous stream of flavors unfolds — egg cream, maple syrup, burnt orange peel, cinnamon, gingerbread, ripe peach, and sandalwood — with a long, mellow finish of vanilla, oak, and a faint cherry essence that lingers beautifully. Smooth, buttery, and deeply satisfying.
Tasting Panel 97 — “This uncommon small-batch 86-proof spirit introduces itself with a showstopping perfume of cherry and toasty vanilla biscuit. A stream of flavors ensues, from egg cream to maple syrup, burnt orange peel, and cinnamon.”
Wine Enthusiast 93 — “Resurrected after 23 years, this smooth, buttery American whiskey is worth the wait… a faint cherry essence on the long finish that seems to urge, ‘stir up a few Manhattans already.’”
- Producer: Michter’s Distillery, Louisville, Kentucky, USA
- Expression: U.S.*1 Original Sour Mash Whiskey
- Style: American Sour Mash Whiskey — small batch, 86 proof (43% ABV)
- Size: 750ml
- Tasting Notes: Cherry, vanilla biscuit, maple syrup, burnt orange peel, cinnamon, gingerbread, peach, sandalwood
- Best Served: Neat, on the rocks, or in a classic Manhattan or Old Fashioned
A 97-point American Sour Mash at an honest price — Michter’s U.S.*1 is the benchmark for what this uniquely American whiskey style can be.
Michter's U.S. 1 UNBLENDED AMERICAN Whiskey 750ml
Michter’s U.S. 1 Unblended American Whiskey — Louisville, Kentucky | 41.7% ABV
Michter’s U.S. 1 Unblended American Whiskey is one of the most distinctive and misunderstood bottles in American whiskey — and one of the most rewarding. Unlike Bourbon, which by law must be aged in new, charred American oak, Michter’s Unblended American is aged in used, whiskey-soaked barrels, producing a spirit that sits in its own category: richer, more spirit-forward, and free from the constraints of any legal definition. Crucially, it never contains grain neutral spirits — hence the “unblended” distinction that sets it apart from blended American whiskeys. In late 2013, Master Distiller Willie Pratt re-released the U.S. 1 after a nearly three-year absence, declaring it “just right” and “the best it’s ever been.”
The nose is warm and generous: caramel popcorn, butterscotch, and dried fruits with a gentle lift of cinnamon and nutmeg spice. On the palate, it is smooth and approachable — the used-barrel aging delivering a rounder, more mellow character than a typical Bourbon, with a long, warming finish that rewards slow sipping. A whiskey that defies easy categorization and rewards the curious drinker.
“Just right — the best it’s ever been.” — Willie Pratt, Master Distiller, Michter’s Distillery

Michter's US 1 Toasted Barrel Finish Rye 108 Proof 750ml
Producer Description
The team at Michter's conducts their distilling by the tried and true Kentucky practices, while experimenting for the purpose of making the greatest American whiskeys. The Michter's team conducted years of research on different barrel finishes for their rye whiskey, and have proudly produced the Michter's US-1 Limited Release Toasted Barrel Finish Rye Whiskey.
To produce this Toasted Barrel Strength Rye Whiskey, they took their US-1 Kentucky Straight Rye at barrel strength and aged it longer in a second custom barrel. The second barrel is assembled from 24 month air dried wood, and toasted to Michter's specification.
The deep reddish brown color leads to scents of spicy rye and cooking brown sugar. The initial flavors of rye and dark brown sugar gives way to the subtle hints of oak and dark baking spices. There is a silky finish that ends with more rye and orange peels. Producer Notes.

Deep violet in color with glints of ruby. On the nose, it shows intense and highly complex aromas that evolve in the glass, with notes of herbs, fresh red fruits, spices, and a touch of menthol.
On the palate, it has a great elegant structure and excellent volume and acidity, giving it a long, pleasant finish. This is a special wine that represents the uniqueness of its vineyard with a real sense of place.
Expert Review - 2020 Vintage
Jesica Vargas of The Wine Enthusiast 90 Points | This wine is predominantly Malbec, coming from old vines in Maule Valley. It has a nose of eucalyptus and earthy raspberries. Fine tannins and moderate acidity hold a palate full of cherries, herbs and tobacco. Savory notes shape the aftertaste.
Miguel Torres Cordillera Reserva Especial Chardonnay Parcela Talinay 2021 750ml
Expert Review - Vintage 2021
Vinous 93 Points | The 2021 Chardonnay Cordillera de los Andes comes from the Talinay vineyard in Limarí. 50% was aged in French barrels, 23% of them new. Yellow with a greenish sheen. The nose offers green apple notes with hints of pear, acacia, hazelnuts and a whiff of praline over a bed of oak. In the mouth it has a saline feel with a slightly creamy flow and pert freshness. A long-lasting wine.
