Cume do Avia Colleita Tinto Ribeiro 2022 Colleita No 10 750ml Galicia Spain
A 94-Point Ethereal Red from the Ancient Vineyards of Galicia
Cume do Avia is one of Ribeiro’s most exciting producers, farming indigenous varieties in the rugged, granite-soiled hills of Galicia. Their 2022 Colleita Nº10 Tinto is a rare and personal wine — only 8,000 bottles produced — built from the ancient Caíño and Sousón grapes that have defined this corner of northwestern Spain for centuries. Ethereal, elegant, and unmistakably Galician.
Expert Review - Vintage 2022
- The Wine Advocate — 94 pts: “Pale and bright ruby-colored, more ethereal and elegant with a more perfumed nose than the 2021 vintage. Quite complete and elegant, lighter, with a touch of volatility that lifts it up. Sharp and balanced — tasty, almost salty, a red for food.”
Winemaker Notes
Cume do Avia Colleita Tinto Ribeiro 2022 Colleita No 10 750ml

This is that wine: a pale, perfumed, food-driven red from one of Spain’s most distinctive and undersung appellations.

67 Wine Somm Series Petit Moscato 2024 750ml
Our Professional Review
I’m thrilled to kick off 2025 by introducing my latest project: 67 Wine Somm Series Petit Moscato 2024.Once again, I’ve drawn inspiration from the vibrant and dynamic wine culture of NYC! The label design aligns seamlessly with the rest of our 67 Wine Petit Somm Series, maintaining a consistent and stylish aesthetic. Moscato is one of the most popular wine categories in New York, and my goal was to craft a wine that pairs an elegant label with authentic, high-quality juice.
Tasting Notes:
The wine presents a pale lemon-yellow hue with bright highlights. On the nose, it is intensely aromatic, as Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains is renowned for its fragrant character. The palate is lively, offering sweet, fresh fruit flavors of orange, honeydew melon, and peach. A subtle sweetness transitions beautifully into a finish accented with delicate notes of white blossom flowers.
In my view, this Moscato pairs perfectly with spicy Szechuan cuisine, Japanese and Indian dishes, tapas-style appetizers, blue cheeses, and chicken liver pâté.

Opus One Oakville Napa Valley 2022 750ml
Opus One was born from an extraordinary partnership — Baron Philippe de Rothschild of Château Mouton Rothschild and Robert Mondavi of Napa Valley, united by a single dream: to create one wine of uncompromising quality that would stand among the world's greatest. First produced in 1979, Opus One has spent four decades refining that vision, drawing from four estate vineyards including 100 acres within the legendary To Kalon Vineyard and 70 acres in the Ballestra and River parcels. Winemaker Michael Silacci leads the estate with a rare combination of intuition and technical mastery, guiding both vineyard and cellar with equal care.
The Opus One Oakville Napa Valley 2022 750ml is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot, 6.5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot, and 0.5% Malbec, aged 18 months in French oak. The 2022 vintage presented extreme heat challenges, and the Opus team responded by picking early and decisively — beginning with Merlot on August 24th — to preserve freshness and purity. The result is a wine of great energy and elegance: chocolate, cherry, and rose petal on the nose, with creamy, slightly grippy tannins, juicy concentrated fruit, and a long, pure finish. Decanter calls it "a darling of a wine" — not a blockbuster, but something more refined and alive. Best from 2027–2037.
Expert Reviews - Vintage 2022
- Decanter — 97 Points: "Chocolate, cherry and rose petal aromas. Juicy and lively, full of fun — fruity and concentrated. The tannins are just wonderful, creamy and slightly grippy. Long lasting with purity and delicacy. A darling of a wine."
- James Suckling — 96 Points: "Generous, with savory aromas of ripe blackcurrants and fresh black cherries. Graphite, pencil shavings, cocoa and espresso. Full-bodied and well structured. Best from 2028."
- Wine Advocate — 95 Points: "Ripe, extroverted personality. Rosemary and sandalwood notes accent cherries on the nose. Medium- to full-bodied, expansive and plush, finishing with ample length and soft tannins."
- Jeb Dunnuck — 94 Points: "Very pretty, elegant, and seamless. Red and black fruits with fresh flowers and baking spices. Fresh, elegant, lively mouthfeel with fine tannins and a great finish."
- Vinous — 92+ Points: "Soft, relatively easygoing with terrific brightness throughout. Tannins are a bit searing at this stage — will be interesting to see how things shake out."
- Wine Spectator — 92 Points: "Lighter-bodied, fresher profile with red currant, damson plum and cherry coulis, tobacco and rose petal. Best from 2027 through 2037."

Rombauer Zinfandel Napa 2023 750ml
Rombauer Vineyards has been one of Napa Valley's most beloved family estates since 1980, celebrated for wines of generosity, precision, and genuine pleasure. While their Chardonnay is iconic, their Zinfandel is a quiet revelation — drawing on old-vine fruit from both Napa and the Sierra Foothills, where 120–130-year-old vines in Plymouth, California add extraordinary depth and concentration.
The Rombauer Zinfandel Napa 2023 750ml is a standout vintage. Aged 14 months in a combination of American and French oak (10% new), it bursts with bright cherry, red plum, and raspberry jam on the nose, layered with vanilla, holiday spices, lavender, and mocha. The 2023 growing season was cool and consistent, with warm September spells that extended hang time and delivered exceptional fruit intensity. On the palate, the wine is soft and creamy at mid-palate, with fine tannins, a zesty thread of acidity, and a long, lush finish. Sustainably farmed, block by block, with NDVI aerial imaging guiding every decision.

Peter Lauer Barrel X Riesling 2024 750ml
Winemaker Description
This is Lauer’s Platonic ideal of what a Saar Riesling should be. If we were in Burgundy this would be the equivalent of a Bourgogne Blanc.
As an appellation-level wine, it is sourced from multiple vineyards in three different villages of the Saar. This is always a thrilling off-dry and a silly value.

Parés Baltà Materia Prima Pét-Nat Méthode Ancestrale 750ml
Parés Baltà has been farming the Penedès since the 18th century, and today it is one of Catalonia’s most respected organic estates. Materia Prima — Spanish for “raw ingredients” — is their love letter to Xarel·lo in its most elemental form: a Pétillant Naturel made by the Méthode Ancestrale, the oldest sparkling wine method in existence. No second fermentation, no disgorgement, no additions. The wine is bottled mid-fermentation, trapping natural CO₂ from the first and only fermentation. The result is a hazy, living, gloriously unfiltered sparkling wine that feels like the vineyard in a glass.
Pale golden and lightly cloudy, the 2024 opens with an expressive bouquet of citrus blossom, quince, white pear, and apricot. The bubbles are gentle and creamy — softer than traditional method sparkling, with a playful fizz that animates without overwhelming. The palate is vivacious and dry, with bright, saline acidity and a long, refreshing finish that calls for another pour. 100% organically farmed Xarel·lo from the Penedès. Vegan. Serve well chilled.
- Producer: Parés Baltà, Penedès, Catalonia, Spain
- Style: Pétillant Naturel (Pét-Nat), Méthode Ancestrale
- Appellation: Penedès DO, Catalonia
- Varietal: 100% Xarel·lo
- Farming: Organic | Vegan
- Appearance: Hazy, undisgorged — natural yeast sediment present
- Size: 750ml
- Tasting Notes: Citrus blossom, quince, white pear, apricot, creamy bubbles, saline finish
- Food Pairings: Raw oysters, ceviche, grilled prawns, anchovies, fried calamari, fresh goat cheese
Ancient method, living wine — Materia Prima is Catalonia’s most delicious argument for natural sparkling.

Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry 500ml
Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry — Piedmont, Italy 500ml
Released to mark Cocchi’s 130th anniversary, Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry is a landmark expression from the birthplace of vermouth itself. Labeled “Ricetta Piemontese” — Piedmontese Recipe — every relevant ingredient in this vermouth comes exclusively from Piemonte, reflecting a deep and uncompromising bond with the region. While classic dry vermouths were traditionally the domain of Southeast France, Cocchi has crafted a distinctly Piedmontese answer to the category — and it is exceptional.
The wine base is Cortese, the same grape behind Gavi DOCG, lending a crisp, mineral freshness. Artemisia Absinthium (wormwood) sourced 100% from the Piedmont mountains provides the aromatic backbone, while Menta di Pancalieri — a local peppermint variety — and lemon round out the profile with bright, herbaceous lift. The result is a dry vermouth of remarkable precision and regional character, equally at home in a classic Dry Martini or sipped chilled on its own.

Domaine Sigalas MM I Mavrotragano Mandilaria Cyclades Aegean Islands 2022 750ml
Domaine Sigalas MM I — Mavrotragano & Mandilaria, Cyclades 2022
Domaine Sigalas is the most celebrated winery on Santorini — and one of the most important estates in all of Greece. Founded by Paris Sigalas, a mathematician turned winemaker, the domaine has spent decades proving that Santorini is not just a white wine island. The MM I is their flagship red: a 50/50 blend of Mavrotragano and Mandilaria, two of the Aegean's most ancient and distinctive indigenous red varieties, cultivated on the volcanic soils of Santorini and the Cyclades. Aged for one year in large oak casks, it is a wine of genuine character — punchy, food-driven, and unlike anything else in the world of Greek wine.
Deep crimson in the glass with a refreshing, aromatic nose of red fruit, cherry, and a finely blended bouquet of spice and earth. On the palate, it is vibrant and food-friendly with flavors of cherry, cassis, grilled watermelon, and apple cider, framed by firm, bitter tannins and lively acidity. Best served slightly cooler than a typical red to maximize its freshness and accessibility. A wine built for the table — especially cheese-heavy dishes.
Wine Advocate 91 Points — "Punchy flavors of cherry, cassis, grilled watermelon and apple cider. The tannins are bitter, and it might help to serve this wine one or two degrees cooler than normal to make it more accessible. It is inherently food-friendly, especially with cheese-heavy dishes like lasagna or pizza." (Vintage 2022).

Cavicchioli is the benchmark producer of Lambrusco — a family winery based in Sorbara, Emilia-Romagna, with over a century of experience crafting Italy’s most beloved sparkling red. The Lambrusco Dolce is their sweet expression: lightly sparkling, brilliantly ruby red, and irresistibly easy to drink. This is the wine of the Emilian table — the one that flows at Sunday lunches alongside prosciutto, mortadella, and tortellini in brodo. Serve it well-chilled and enjoy it without overthinking. Life is too short for serious wine at every meal.
The froth is evanescent with a violet hue and continuous, fine perlage. The color is a brilliant ruby red. The nose is fruity and floral — fresh red berries, a whisper of violets, and a gentle sweetness that is inviting rather than cloying. On the palate, it is sweet and harmonious, lightly sparkling, and refreshingly easy — the bubbles and gentle sweetness make it a natural match for spicy dishes, grilled meats, and summer entertaining. Think of it as Italy’s answer to a cold beer on a hot day.

Dr. Konstantin Frank Rkatsiteli 2024 750ml
Dr. Konstantin Frank Rkatsiteli — Finger Lakes, New York 2024
Dr. Konstantin Frank is the founding father of the American vinifera movement — the visionary who, in 1957, planted the first European vinifera vines in the Eastern United States on the southwestern hills of Keuka Lake and ignited a revolution that forever changed New York wine. Four generations later, the Frank family remains the benchmark for Finger Lakes winemaking — and this Rkatsiteli is their most ancient and extraordinary expression. Rkatsiteli is a Georgian grape variety dating back to 3000 B.C., making it one of the oldest known cultivated grapes in the world. The 2024 is crafted as an amber wine with one month of skin contact — a nod to the ancient Georgian qvevri tradition — resulting in a wine of striking complexity, texture, and depth.
The nose is arresting and aromatic: toasted orange peel, macerated apricot, orchard blossoms, fresh ginger, and cardamom. On the palate, zesty citrus unfolds with layers of stone fruit, framed by a gentle tannic grip reminiscent of a light red. Full-bodied with subtle warmth, this amber wine balances texture, spice, and freshness in a style that is genuinely unlike anything else in the glass.
- Producer: Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery, Keuka Lake, Finger Lakes, New York
- Vintage: 2024
- Appellation: Finger Lakes AVA
- Varietal: Rkatsiteli — Georgian grape, origins c. 3000 B.C.

Kumeu River Chardonnay Kumeu Village New Zealand 2025 750ml
Kumeu River Village Chardonnay — Kumeu 2025
Kumeu River is New Zealand’s benchmark for Chardonnay — full stop. The Brajkovich family has been producing world-class wine from their 30-hectare estate in Kumeu, west of Auckland, since the pioneering days of the New Zealand wine industry, and their Chardonnays he Village label draws on fruit from Kumeu and Hawkes Bay, capturing the estate’s signature minerality and precision in an approachable, early-drinking style.
2025 was an outstanding vintage: a dry, warm growing season with steady temperatures and moderate yields produced fruit of exceptional richness and aromatic intensity. The nose is lively and expressive — lime, lemon, fig, and white peach with a flinty, mineral edge. On the palate, it is weighty and textural, with peachy ripeness and a crisp, cleansing acidity that gives the wine its signature refreshing quality. Delightful as an aperitif; even better with the table.

Brendel Cabernet Sauvignon Cooper's Reed Napa Valley 2021 750ml
The Secret Ingredient Is Dirt — Brendel’s Multi-Vineyard Napa Cabernet
Brendel sources from some of Napa Valley’s most coveted sites — the eastern side of Rutherford, the highest elevations of Howell Mountain, two diverse plots in St. Helena, and a steep parcel in Oak Knoll. Their philosophy is simple: great wine starts with great dirt. The 2021 Cooper’s Reed Cabernet Sauvignon is a fresh, vibrant expression of Napa’s famed grape — harvested under moonlight, fermented cool, and aged 9 months in upright oak casks to preserve bright red and black fruit character.
The Wine Advocate 90 Points | Made by the Heitz team led by winemaker Brittany Sherwood, Brendel's 2021 Cooper's Reed Cabernet Sauvignon now includes a sufficient amount of Sonoma fruit to carry a North Coast AVA on the label—this vintage is approximately two-thirds Napa and one-third Sonoma, and the blend includes 5% Petite Sirah and 1% Merlot. Still made in old oak vats to avoid overt wood influence and just medium-bodied, it's something of a throwback stylistically. Although the fruit is quite obvious upfront, combining black cherries and blackberries, the wine is streamlined and somewhat restrained on the palate, finishing with ample length, hints of star anise and a silky texture. (Vintage 2021).
As Featured In
San Francisco Chronicle — “Their range of wines are made from some of the best sites in Napa’s most renowned regions. Each vineyard is chosen for its quality and unique aptitude, with soil types ranging from volcanic to clay to bring out the best in each grape. It’s, as they put it, good dirt.”

Grgich Hills ZINFANDEL Napa Valley 2020 Organic 375ml HALF BOTTLE
Grgich Hills Estate | Zinfandel | Napa Valley, California | 2020 | Organic | 375ml Half Bottle
Grgich Hills Estate is one of Napa Valley's most storied and celebrated wineries, founded in 1977 by Miljenko "Mike" Grgich — the Croatian-born winemaker who famously crafted the 1973 Chateau Montelena Chardonnay that defeated the finest white Burgundies at the legendary 1976 Judgment of Paris. Today, the estate is led by Mike's nephew Ivo Jeramaz and remains committed to the same principles that have defined Grgich Hills for nearly five decades: certified organic farming, minimal intervention winemaking, and wines of genuine elegance and aging potential.
All Grgich Hills vineyards have been certified organic since 2006 — a commitment to the land that translates directly into wines of exceptional purity and terroir expression. Their Napa Valley Zinfandel is sourced from estate vineyards and crafted in a balanced, elegant style that sets it apart from the jammy, over-extracted Zinfandels that dominate the market.
The 2020 exhibits lush, fruit-forward aromas of cherry, raspberry, blackberry, elderberry, and candied orange, with savory undertones of sandalwood, sweet licorice, and fresh herbs. On the palate, juicy blood orange, plum, and ripe fig lead into vivacious tannins with vibrant acidity and savory complexity. Balanced and elegant with a long, graceful finish — and genuine aging potential. Now available in a convenient 375ml half bottle.

Ramey Chardonnay WOOLSEY Vineyard 2023 750ml
Ramey Woolsey Road Vineyard Chardonnay — Russian River Valley, California 2023
Ramey Wine Cellars is one of California's most celebrated addresses for Chardonnay — founded in 1996 by David and Carla Ramey, and now co-led by the second generation, Claire and Alan. David Ramey, hailed as "Professor Chardonnay" by Wine Spectator, pioneered whole-cluster pressing, sur lies aging, malolactic fermentation, and native yeast fermentations in California. Woolsey Road is Ramey's most personal vineyard: planted by the Martinelli family at Ramey's invitation, using Old Wente cuttings sourced directly from Hyde Vineyard, and farmed by the third and fourth generations of the Martinelli family. The result is a laser-focused Chardonnay of extraordinary precision. James Suckling awarded the 2023 vintage 96 points; Wine Advocate 95.
One of the most compelling single-vineyard Chardonnays in Sonoma.
The nose is pretty and perfumed: peach, lime custard, lemongrass, green apple, golden apple, Bosc pear, pie crust, and roasted almond. Silverado Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Grown 2023 750ml
Silverado Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Grown — Napa Valley 2023
Silverado Vineyards is one of Napa Valley’s most storied estates — founded in 1981 by Ron and Diane Miller and her mother, Lillian Disney, on historic vineyard sites in the Stags Leap District that had been planted to Cabernet as far back as the 1960s. For years, the family sold their fruit to neighboring wineries building global reputations for excellence. Then they decided it was time to make their own wines — their own expressions of the Napa Valley they loved. Today, under the ownership of Foley Family Wines and the leadership of Courtney Foley, Silverado continues that legacy with over 300 acres planted across some of Napa’s most celebrated AVAs: Stags Leap District, Yountville, Coombsville, Carneros, and Napa Valley proper. The Estate Grown Cabernet is their benchmark expression — a wine that has earned over 40 scores of 90 points or higher from the world’s top critics. The 2023 earned 93 points from Wine Spectator.

Owned and run by winemaker Ignacio Valdera, Bermejos is situated on the easternmost Canary Island of Lanzarote. This wine is made with 100% Listán Negro fermented via carbonic maceration. Umathum Zweigelt Rotburger Classic 2022 750ml
Winemaker Description & Memo Notes
The Umathum Zweigelt Rotburger Classic 2022 is a standout example of Austria’s most-planted red grape. Produced by Josef "Pepi" Umathum, a pioneer in biodynamic viticulture in the Burgenland region, this wine is celebrated for being "crushable" yet sophisticated.
The name "Rotburger" is used here as a nod to the grape's historical name (Zweigelt is a cross of Blaufränkisch and St. Laurent).
Tasting Notes
• Appearance: Deep ruby red with a youthful purple rim.
• Nose: A "cherry bomb" on the nose—expect intense aromas of sour cherry, blackberry, and raspberry, accented by a distinct black pepper spice and a touch of damp earth or flint.
• Palate: Fresh and juicy with medium body. It features vibrant acidity and soft, silky tannins. The palate mirrors the nose with tart red fruit and a savory, spicy finish.
• Structure: Fermented with natural yeasts and aged for one year in large, neutral Austrian oak barrels (foudres) to preserve the purity of the fruit rather than adding heavy oak flavors.
Pepi Umathum is one of Austria's best known producers. In the Burgenland growing district called Neusiedlersee (Lake Neusiedl), he counts as one of the great champions of the traditional Austrian grape varieties. His main holdings are Rotburger (Zweigelt), St Laurent and Blaufrankisch with a bit of Welschriesling, Roter Traminer, the extremely rare Gelber Traminer, and the unusual ancient Lindenblattriger (Harslevelu in Hungary).
Pepi has embraced the intricacies and harmonies of biodynamic viticulture, and for most of his wines, which are all hand-harvested, he prefers to use large barrels of native Austrian oak, which underscores the clear fruit aromatics of the wines. Some of the high-toned single vineyard bottlings are matured in smaller oak barrels and barriques, and are first released three years after the vintage.
Memo Summary Notes
Notably, Umathum uses the name "Rotburger" (the original name for Zweigelt) to move away from the controversial historical associations of the grape's namesake, Dr. Zweigelt.
