Whispering Angel Rose Chateau d'Esclans Cotes de Provence 2025 750ml
Château d'Esclans | Whispering Angel Rosé | Côtes de Provence 2025
There is a reason Whispering Angel became the world's most recognized Provence rosé: it is simply, consistently, beautifully made. Sacha Lichine and his team at Château d'Esclans set the benchmark for pale Provençal rosé, and the 2025 continues that tradition with the effortless elegance the wine is known for.
Pale salmon in the glass, it opens with fresh peach, strawberry, and delicate red berry fruit, with a floral lift that is quintessentially Provence. The palate is full and lush yet bone dry — pink grapefruit and hints of peach, lively acidity, and a smooth, round finish with real concentration. Grenache provides the body, Cinsault the freshness, and Rolle (Vermentino) the aromatic lift that ties it all together.
Drink it from mid-day to midnight. It goes with everything and offends no one.

Chateau Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé Organically Farmed 2025 750ml
Château Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé — Provence 2025
Château Miraval is the benchmark of Provence rosé — a 1,200-acre estate near the village of Correns, just north of Brignoles, in the heart of the appellation. The vineyards sit on clay and limestone soils, partially terraced at an average elevation of 350 meters, with significant day-to-night temperature swings that preserve the natural acidity and aromatic precision that define the Miraval style. Farmed organically, the estate blends Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Rolle into a rosé of exceptional refinement and consistency. The 2025 vintage was shaped by intense summer heat and early maturity — smaller-than-average berries with concentrated, expressive aromatics and the characteristic freshness of Provence. The result is one of the finest Miraval rosés in recent memory.
The color is an elegant, bright pale pink with silvery undertones. The nose is refined and captivating: a superb aromatic bouquet of white flowers, grapefruit, and white peach, with saline and lemony hints that signal the minerality to come. On the palate, it is ample, fresh, and luscious — vibrant white-fleshed fruit punctuated by saline and citrus notes that underscore its freshness and impart a beautiful, stony minerality. The finish is clean, long, and irresistibly Provençal. Serve well-chilled at 44–48°F.

Isle Saint Pierre IGP Méditerranée Rosé — Southern France 2025
Isle Saint-Pierre takes its name from a small island at the mouth of the Rhône river, where 200 hectares of vines grow on sandy, silty, alluvial soils that lend the wine a subtle iodized salinity and a distinctly Mediterranean character. Studio by Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé 2025 750ml
Studio by Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé — Provence 2025
Studio by Miraval is a collaboration between the celebrated Perrin Family — the force behind Château Beaucastel and some of the Rhône’s greatest wines — and the legendary Miraval estate in Provence. Named as a tribute to the recording studio where Pink Floyd recorded The Wall, this wine embodies the spirit of Art de Vivre around the Mediterranean. Strongly influenced by sea spray and the proximity of the Mediterranean Sea, the salty, almost iodized soils of the estate give the wine a unique coastal character that sets it apart from the crowd. The 2025 vintage — marked by intense summer heat, early maturity, and beautifully concentrated, aromatic berries — earned 90 points from Decanter and is punching well above its price.
The color is a seductive, clear, bright pale-pink with pastel reflections. The nose is all finesse and elegance: small red fruit, cherry blossom, and a superb aromatic bouquet. On the palate, it is lively and ample — blood orange, redcurrant, and cranberry are perfectly balanced by a fresh mineral structure and a hint of bitterness, with a long, tasty finish that lingers with iodized freshness.
Decanter 90 — “Concentrated, a really nice balance between cranberry and citrus. Open and lifted and aromatic, floral, dry and full of flavour. This is punching above its weight for the price.”

Montenidoli Canaiuolo Toscana Rosé 2025 750ml
Montenidoli Canaiuolo Toscana Rosé — San Gimignano, Tuscany 2025
Elisabetta Fagiuoli and her husband Sergio founded their 50-hectare estate in 1965 on a hillside across the valley from San Gimignano — on some of the oldest rock in Italy. It is said that vines were first planted here by the Etruscans in the 7th century BC. All farming is certified organic, yields are deliberately low, and quality control is ruthless. The Canaiuolo Rosé is made from 100% hand-harvested Canaiuolo from 65+ year-old vines, undergoing a lengthy fermentation before bottling. There is nothing quite like it in Italian rosé.
Light salmon-pink in the glass with a clean, expressive nose of strawberries, watermelon, ripe cherry, citrus, and wild herbs. On the palate, the wine is dry and fresh, medium to full-bodied, with elegant minerality, a touch of salinity, and a lively, refined finish that lingers beautifully. Savory, complex, and endlessly food-friendly — ideally served in a Champagne flute.
67Wine Rosé Buyer Debra — "Elegant and expressive. Vibrant notes of red berry fruits, citrus, and wild herbs, balanced by savory and mineral notes. Dry and fresh on the palate, medium to full-bodied, with a touch of salinity and a long, refined finish. 100% Organic."

Feudo Montoni Nerello Mascalese Rose di Adele Sicilia DOC 2025 750ml
Feudo Montoni · Rosé di Adele · Nerello Mascalese · Sicilia DOC · 2025
Feudo Montoni is one of Sicily's most storied organic estates, farming ancient vineyards in the rugged interior of the island near Cammarata — far from the coast, at altitude, where volcanic soils and dramatic diurnal shifts produce wines of uncommon depth and tension. Rosé di Adele, named for the estate's matriarch, is their signature rosé: a wine of striking personality, earning 92 points from Wine Enthusiast in both the 2022 and 2025 vintages and standing among the finest expressions of Nerello Mascalese in pink.
The 2025 pours a luminous onion-skin pink with bronze reflections. The nose opens with white flowers and lemon, layered over new leather and a cool umami undercurrent. On the palate, citrus candy and floral freshness give way to a stony, mineral current that adds sophistication and length. The winemaker's notes add pink rose petal, violets, straw, brine, fennel seed, pomegranate, and strawberry — a wine that is at once aromatic and savory, fresh and structured, with a persistent, sapid finish.
"There is a tension between the umami and the floral on the nose, as notes of white flowers and lemon waft above a new leather backbone. On the palate, citrus candy contributes nuance to that floral freshness, while a cool, stony undercurrent emerges suddenly and adds a feeling of sophistication."

Vera Vinho Verde Rose 2025 750ml
Vera Vinho Verde Rosé — Vinho Verde DOC, Portugal 2025
In 1991, this house did something no one in the Vinho Verde DOC had ever done: they made a rosé. More than three decades later, Vera remains the original — and the benchmark. The wine is built around Vinhão, a rare tinturier grape (red pulp, not just red skin) that gives the wine its striking deep color and structural backbone. Rabo de Anho — an untranslatable, rarely planted indigenous variety — rounds out the blend, adding lightness, freshness, and a delicate floral lift that keeps everything in balance. At $11.99, it is one of the most distinctive rosés in the shop.
The 2025 vintage is vivid and immediately appealing. The nose opens with fresh strawberry, watermelon, and floral notes — bright and clean. On the palate it is crisp and lightly effervescent, with juicy red fruit, a whisper of minerality, and a refreshing finish that invites another pour. It drinks like summer in a glass.
Winemaker’s Note — "This house was the first to ever produce a Rosé in the Vinho Verde DOC, back in 1991. Vinhão is a tinturier — a red pulp grape — hence the dark color. Rabo de Anho, an untranslatable, rarely planted grape, adds lightness and freshness to the blend."
- Producer: Vera, Vinho Verde DOC, Portugal
- Vintage: 2025
- Appellation: Vinho Verde DOC
- Blend: Vinhão (tinturier), Rabo de Anho
- Style: Deep-colored rosé, crisp & lightly effervescent

- Tasting Notes: Fresh strawberry, watermelon, floral lift, juicy red fruit, mineral finish

Vinous 91 Points | The 2024 Tavel Rosé displays its usual reddish shade and all of its typical power and intensity. There’s real grip and structure here, tugging at the cheeks and lending serious chew. Deep, dark, bitter cherry fruit, sagebrush, river stones and orange pith unfurl in this brooding, powerful Rosé built for the dinner table. It’s not a shy wine—that much is for sure—but its balance is unflappable.
Francois Chidaine Touraine Organic Rose 2025 750ml
Winemaker Description
Produced from equal parts Pinot Noir and Grolleau, the fruit for this wine comes from Chidaine’s estate-grown, biodynamically farmed vineyards located just north of the Cher River between the villages of Montrichard and Chissay-en-Touraine.
The nose of gooseberries with floral notes is followed by a medium-full wine with a chalky texture. Excellent acidity and beautiful tension bring up the solid mineral core. Very refreshing but surprisingly complex — a perennial favorite where supply never meets demand.
Our Notes
A leader in the Loire Valley for organic and biodynamic wine production. This terrific rosé — 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Grolleau — is made from organically farmed estate fruit. Floral nose with hints of currants, excellent acidity, and a beautiful mineral core.
Bernie writes: My favorite rosé this summer. Pure fruit flavors that cleanse your palate with absolutely fresh feelings. This has to be one of the best Loire Rosés available this year! — 67 Wine

Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy Sancerre ROSE 2025 750ml
🇫🇷 France — Pinot Noir | Sancerre, Loire Valley
Vinified ‘grey’ — grapes pressed immediately after harvest — this Sancerre Rosé is salmon pink in color, lightly tinted, and possessed of remarkable freshness and finesse. Bursting with juicy grapefruit and pomelo, it has the exuberance of a paloma in wine form: bright, aromatic, and utterly irresistible.
The Pinot Noir vines of Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy are planted on two distinct terroirs — kimmeridgien limestone-clay soils and stony pebbly soils — whose intelligent blending gives the wine both structure and vivacity. A family estate with roots in the commune of Verdigny dating to the 16th century, the domaine has been tended with the same devotion across generations.
“Every year when Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy’s iconic label returns… my heart and taste buds feel a special flutter. Amidst all the blush-hued splendor, there’s something extra delightful about Reverdy’s rendition — bursting with juicy grapefruit and pomelo, as though a paloma decided to slip on a wine disguise. This is summertime rosé at its finest.”

Château d’Esclans · Les Clans · Côtes de Provence · France · 2024 · 750ml
Château d’Esclans is the estate that changed the world’s perception of Provençal rosé. Founded by Sacha Lichine in 2006 in the hills above Saint-Tropez, it is the home of Whispering Angel — the wine that made pale Provence rosé a global phenomenon. This is a wine that drinks more like a fine white Burgundy than a summer patio pour — structured, mineral, and built to age. At $64.99, Les Clans is the rosé for serious wine lovers who want more than pretty pink.
Luminous pale salmon in the glass with an elegant, layered nose of ripe red berries, white peach, citrus blossom, and subtle vanilla and spice from the gentle oak aging. Drink now through 2027, or cellar for a year or two to let the oak integrate fully. Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Rose 2025 1.5 Liter Magnum
Winemaker Description
Always one of the first rosés to hit the market, this traditional S. Rhone blend comes from 25-50 year old vines grown along the Gassac Riber. It boasts a pleasant, intense nose with hints of strawberries. Full and round on the palate with red fruit flavors.
Few winemakers have come to define their region like Mas de Daumas Gassac has with the Languedoc. What sets Mas de Daumas Gassac apart is their unflinching commitment to pushing the boundaries — of the appellation’s rules, of conventional farming techniques, of “expected” grape varieties.
Aimé and Véronique Guibert purchased the land in the early 1970s; they had planned to start a farm, but weren’t sure what type of crops they wanted to grow. It took convincing from a Bordeaux-based soil scientist, who saw great grape-growing potential in the limestone-rich land, as densely mineral-laden as Burgundy’s Côte d’Or.
Making wine in the Languedoc is nothing new — the Greeks and Romans were doing it millennia ago. In planting their estate to vines, the Guiberts chose to buck local tradition and plant a wide (very wide) assortment of international grapes; there’s Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, sure, but also Petite Arvine, Tempranillo, Nebbiolo and more. Prior to owning the estate, the Guiberts traveled the world as part of a family leather business, and became enamored with grapes from far-off and exotic locales.
