Uncut and unfiltered, this hand-bottled bourbon is barrel proof. Weller substitutes wheat for the traditional rye grain, a production method pioneered by W.L. Weller.

The Antique Collection’s uncut, unfiltered, wheated recipe bourbon is William Larue Weller. The previous release of this wheated bourbon was honored with a Double Gold medal at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 

The 2022 release was distilled in the spring of 2010 and barrels were aged in warehouses C, K and N. This bourbon registers at 124.7 proof. A nose of toasted coconut, butterscotch and caramel, followed by a touch of mint, dark cherry and molasses on the palate and a full–bodied finish with hints of leather, nutmeg, toffee and vanilla can be found in this year’s offering.

At PM Spirits, we're always on the lookout not just for superlative spirits, but also for like-minded people. When we met Jose Luis Gutierrez, we knew right away he was someone special.

Having spent years working both independently and for the Mexican Trade Commission throughout Europe – promoting and establishing reciprocity of the Tequila Denomination of Origin – Jose Luis later started working closely with producers in Jalisco in order to source and provide quality Tequila directly to European brands and bottlers.

We had been wanting to collaborate with someone on bottling a PM Spirits Project Tequila for quite some time. Jose Luis' passion for and knowledge of the spirit was apparent to us from day one, and we could think of no better person to have worked with to make this project happen. Thank you, Jose Luis.

This Tequila is the product of one single oven or horno. It was distilled from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber Agave. Bottled at two strengths – 80 proof and still strength 110 proof. No additives. 

Teremana Small Batch Tequila Blanco 100% Puro de Agave — 1.0 Liter

Teremana — the “Spirit of the Earth” — is a small-batch tequila born in the highest peaks of the Jalisco Highlands, crafted at Destilería Teremana de Agave with an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way. Co-founded by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, the brand is built on a simple philosophy: honor the land, respect the process, and never cut corners.

Every step of production is done by hand and in small batches. The jimadores harvest only fully mature, naturally sweet agave. The piñas are slow-roasted in traditional small brick ovens to develop deep, complex flavor. Distillation takes place in handmade copper pot stills, preserving the agave’s natural character and producing a bright, flavorful blanco that is clean, smooth, and genuinely expressive of its mountain terroir.

Duncan Taylor was originally based out of Glasgow where they were merchants and brokers of Scotch whisky casks. They have been laying down casks from distilleries all over Scotland for decades and now have one of the largest privately-held collections of rare and vintage Scotch Whisky.

Islay is a great place to make whisky if you were living in the 1800s. Remote but great water and barley. In 1815 Laphroaig was founded by brothers Alexander and Donald Johnston. Donald tragically died in 1847 after falling into a vat of hot pot ale at the distillery. It became famous in the early 1900s as it became released as a single malt. It has always been known to produce a heavily peated style.

Goldschläger is a Swiss cinnamon schnapps (43.5% alcohol by volume or 87 proof; originally it was 53.5% alcohol or 107 proof), a liqueur with very thin, yet visible flakes of gold floating in it. The actual amount of gold has been measured at approximately 13 mg in a 1-Litre bottle of Goldschläger. As of July 2015 this amounts to €0.44 EUR or lower on the international gold market.

Hibiki Blossom Harmony, is a blend of various malt and grain whiskies from Suntory’s Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. In choosing the finishing cask type for this blend, the Sakura wood was one that was said to have “intrigued Fifth Generation Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo.” “I have been mesmerized by the Sakura cask for the last five years now due to its symbolism, but also because of its distinctive, subtly floral and spicy aroma and flavor notes,” said Fukuyo in a prepared statement.

“There have been many experiments with malt and grain whisky components, and we found that there was a special alchemy between the grain whiskies and the Sakura cask. “It is this special relationship – harmony – that inspired me to create this blend.” In speaking to the symbolism noted above, the Sakura blossom season in early spring, it was explained by Suntory, “has always been an occasion for celebration in Japan, with many gathering around the beautiful flowering Sakura trees that inspire the Japanese to appreciate life as it blooms.” “As a limited edition, I wanted our Hibiki aficionados to enjoy a Hibiki they had never experienced before – something unexpected, something surprising,” continued Fukuyo.

It is also a way for us to thank all the people who have been part of this journey: the talented artisans, all those who are part of the Clase Azul family, and, of course, everyone who has brought a small piece of our Exquisite Mexico into their homes.

To celebrate our legacy, we’ve created our first decanter completely painted in our distinctive cobalt blue color. Inspired by dandelion seeds being carried by the wind, its feathered motifs embody Clase Azul México's expansion across the world. Twenty-five of the brushstrokes that grace the surface of the decanter have been hand painted in platinum; one for each year of our history.

The tequila created for this edition pays homage to our signature Clase Azul Tequila Reposado. Our Master Distiller, Viridiana Tinoco, reimagined its creation to give it a special touch.

Part of the agave used to make this blend was milled using a traditional stone mill called a tahona, a practice that dates back to the origins of tequila.

In addition, the fermentation process was extended to accentuate the liquid’s citrus and fruity notes. This blend was aged for eight months in two different first-use American whiskey casks, each one imparting its own distinct and rich tasting notes.

Each spring and fall, a new edition to the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond series is released. Inspired by an original 1950's Old Fitzgerald diamond decanter, the packaging and series honor both the history of the Old Fitzgerald brand and the historic Bottled-in-Bond designation. The Old Fitzgerald line is well-known for its distilling pedigree, as the brand was first registered in 1884 and was eventually sold to "Pappy" Van Winkle during Prohibition. In 1999, Heaven Hill bought the brand and began distilling it at Bernheim Distillery in Louisville, KY. Today, in addition to our Old Fitzgerald Decanter Series.

For this edition, barrels were pulled from across three floors of rickhouse V at Heaven Hill Distillery’s main campus in Bardstown, Kentucky. The Bourbon was put into barrels in the fall of 2004 and bottled in the spring of 2022, making this the first 17-year-old bottle in the Old Fitzgerald series.

Athough Port Dundas Distillery closed its doors in 2010, there are select, rare remaining stocks that allow a glimpse into the glorious past of one of Scotland’s most respected and historic distilleries. The Joel Richard Escencia is 100% pure Colombian rum, aged in used American oak bourbon barrels for 25 years. Fermented from pressed sugar cane juice for a distinctive style. The Cherry Brandy by Pojer and Sandri is obtained from two varieties of cherries: 70% Stevnsbaer and 30% Schattenmorelle. The distillation takes place through an innovative discontinuous bain-marie still.

This distillate is part of the most traditional brandies, but unlike those produced in Switzerland, the Black Forest or Alsace, this one uses sour cherries (marasca) instead of sweet ones, which results in a more delicate product.
