 It is known as a "whiskey-drinker’s tequila" because of its extensive time in wood and its deep, savory complexity.

Produced by the Bigallet distillery according to the original recipe since 1875, China-China Amer is an incomparably rich and complex, 80 proof, orange-based, bittersweet liqueur peppered with botanical infusions.

The intense orange aroma and flavor in China-China comes from Bigallet's proprietary process of distilling fresh orange peel macerations. This intense orange distillate is blended with earthy and bitter gentian, tart chinchona bark, velvety anise, spicy clove, and a handful of other secret, Alpine herbs and spices. The flavors are married with rich caramel to balance the natural bitterness, and the dark, orange glow of China-China is born.

Bigallet China-China Amer is a legendary French bittersweet liqueur that has been produced in the French Alps since 1875. Often described as the "French answer to Amaro," it is an essential ingredient for serious home bartenders, primarily because it is the closest widely available substitute for the elusive Amer Picon

A phenomenon. Full strength gin and shiraz juice – no wine or barrels. Just sweet, freshly crushed, Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in our Rare Dry Gin. Aromatically it shows fresh pine needles, citrus and white pepper spice, with distinct, dense, raspberry notes.

The palate is balanced and sweet with long juniper, spice character and a little tannin on the finish.

There is no added sugar – all sweetness is natural from the grapes, as is the deep, purple colour.

The gin is unfiltered, so it will develop secondary fruit characters over time.

Producer Description

Our Armagnacs are aged in barrels crafted by our local coopers and made from Gascon oak, which comes from the nearby Southwestern forests. With this experiment, we desired to enhance the remarkable aromas typical of Gascon oak with a double maturation in new barrels.

Distillation: single distilled in a traditional Armagnacais column still to 58% vol.
Maturation: Aged a minimum of 4 years in two maturations, earning the name “Double Oaked.” The first aging is done in heavily toasted new Gascon oak; the second in new Gascon oak with a special toasting level.

Tasting Notes: The palate is rich with toasted bread, cacao, spices, and roasted flavors.

Enjoy: neat, paired with dessert, or in an Old Fashioned Cocktail.

The Dartigalongue Double-Oaked Bas-Armagnac is an innovative expression from the oldest house in the Bas-Armagnac region (founded in 1838). This specific bottling is widely considered a "bridge" spirit, specifically designed to appeal to bourbon drinkers through its unique aging process and high-toast profile.

The "Double-Oaked" Process:  

Stage 1: Aged for at least 3 years in heavily toasted new Gascon oak barrels. This provides the "char" and deep color typical of American bourbon.

Stage 2: Transferred to a second new Gascon oak barrel with a lighter, custom toast level to refine the texture and add layers of spice.

Rhum Barbancourt 3 star is 86 Proof rum, Aged 4 years (VSOP) in Limousin oak cask.

Distilled in Haiti from pure sugar cane juice (no molasses) since 1862.
An elegant and fresh nose. Smooth and rich on the palate. Sharp spices cut through a soft, layered structure with pleasantly familiar heat.

Rhum Barbancourt 3 Star (4 Years Old) is a unique Haitian "rhum" that stands apart from typical Caribbean rums. While most rum is made from molasses, Barbancourt is distilled directly from fresh sugar cane juice and aged in French Limousin oak casks, using methods traditionally reserved for Cognac.

The "3 Star" is the youngest aged expression in their core lineup, offering a balance between the raw, grassy notes of the cane and the sweet, woody influence of the barrel.
Food Pairings: The dry, spicy finish makes it a great partner for spicy jerk chicken, grilled pork belly, or even a creamy Gouda or Brie cheese plate.

Kalembu Mamajuana Crazy Design Edition — Dominican Republic

Mamajuana is the national spirit of the Dominican Republic — a centuries-old elixir rooted in the traditions of the indigenous Taíno people, who blended native herbs, bark, and spices as a health tonic and shamanic remedy. In 2005, J&J Spirits transformed this hand-mixed tradition into a perfectly balanced ready-to-drink spirit: Kalembu Mamajuana. This Crazy Design Edition is a special artistic release featuring vibrant bottle art by Dominican urban artist Crazy Design — a celebration of the island’s cultural energy in every sense.

Producer Description

Amber-colored, this grappa is very smooth at the taste, but never mawkish. In its aromatic profile the ranges of fruit and spices are predominant and that's right in the grappa with a long aging and a high quality standard.

In the range of fruity tastes we can catch the one of the dry fruit, so rare to find; together with the candied fruit, the raisins and the prune we can feel the fruit in syrup, the jam and the citrus. In the range of spices the flavor of the barrel is dominating, together with pepper, licorice, tobacco and clove.

The 12-year aging process transforms the raw, high-toned character of young grappa into a complex, mellow, and brandy-like spirit:

• Palate: Velvety smooth and oily, with a profound depth of flavor. The initial heat of the alcohol is perfectly integrated with rich flavors of caramel, honey, baked pear, and apricot jam.

The Whiskey Advocate 91 Points | Rademon Estate Distillery’s superb core whiskey has a nose of rye crackers, fresh oak, vanilla sponge, honey, bread crust, sultana, and golden syrup. It’s light to medium-bodied, with honey, cinnamon, and a big hit of rye spice, sweetening with vanilla, spun sugar, and golden syrup, setting up a push and pull between the rye and the sweet notes, before a finish of toffee, cinnamon, cinder toffee, and walnuts in syrup.

This carefully crafted Rye and Malt edition of Shortcross Irish Whiskey has been proudly distilled, matured and bottled at Rademon Estate Distillery.  This is our second release of whiskey, following our first release Inaugural single malt whiskey. Created with a unique mash bill of 100% Irish malted rye and malted barley.

This whiskey is highly regarded because it's part of a new wave of innovative Irish whiskeys, blending the traditional Irish style with the bold character of American rye.

This whiskey has been double distilled on our copper pot stills, including one of the smallest whiskey stills on the island of Ireland. Aged in a combination of virgin chinkapin oak and ex-bourbon barrels. Non-chill filtered all natural colour.

The Calvados Lelouvier Vintage 1988 is a rare, single-harvest apple brandy from one of Normandy's most respected "négociant-éleveur" houses. Lelouvier is famous for sourcing exceptional small-batch distillations from the Domfrontais and South Normandy regions and aging them to perfection in their own cellars.

Pairing: This is a classic "digestif." It pairs beautifully with aged Camembert or Pont-l'Évêque cheese, or a high-quality dark chocolate tart.

Producer Description 

This whisky is inspired by JING’s Phoenix Honey Orchid, a complex tea with lush dessert wine aromas and exotic fruit notes.

Predominantly matured in sherry seasoned American oak casks, the whisky has drawn fruity and floral flavours, beautifully balanced by the inclusion of sherry seasoned European oak, which offers a pleasing roasted richness and a touch of astringency. The subtle inclusion of casks that previously held bourbon adds a final sweetness, emulating the dessert wine aromas found in this tea that inspires this single malt.

Fósforo Tobalá Penca is a unique release that it is aged for up to three months in small glass carboys alongside a cooked agave penca slice which imparts a complex and savory flavor.

Brilliant amber in color, the nose unveils layers of complexity. Leading with young leather, caramel and spices, the complex aroma profile shows hints at white flowers and lemongrass.

On the palate, this special expression showcases an explosion of floral notes followed by toasted nuts and mellow smoky undertones. This unique Tobalá Penca expression leaves a wonderful lingering, full mouth-feel.

Roasted for 5-8 days in underground pits before a ten-day to two week fermentation. Double distilled before 1-3 month aging in glass vessels with agave penca leaf.
 

Winemaker Description 

Enrico Toro Amaro is a liqueur with a perfect balance: not too bitter nor too sweet. With the addition of Centerba 72 herbs, Centerba Toro is present throughout giving this liqueur an intense and unmistakable bitter quality. There is a powerful entry of fresh herbs and clove.
