Hagafen Carneros Chardonnay Kosher 2022 750ml
Hagafen Chardonnay: A Taste of Excellence
Winemaker Description
Mevushal. The Chardonnay grapes for this wine were grown in the fog-cooled Napa Valley in order to produce a wine rich in flavor and varietal character, complemented by aging in small oak barrels.
Don Ernesto has done it again. Our newest vintage of Chardonnay is Mary Poppins. Why Mary Poppins you ask. Well, it is “practically perfect in every way”! From the beautiful soft golden hue, to the rich round mouth, to the long finish, this Chardonnay is what you need to “help the medicine go down in the most delightful way”.
Starting with the nose, we find beautiful soft vanilla, ripe Asian pear and crisp Galia and Honeydew melon. Continuing onto the palate we discover lush star fruit and rich lemon curd. With its lingering finish our Chardonnay will make you want to “go fly a kite”!"

Hahn Estate S.L.H. Chardonnay Santa Lucia Highlands 2021 750ml
Hahn Estate S.L.H. Chardonnay — Santa Lucia Highlands 2021
Hahn Estate’s S.L.H. Chardonnay is one of California’s most compelling cool-climate expressions of the variety — and the 2021 vintage delivers with exceptional clarity and energy. Sourced from the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA, one of Monterey County’s most celebrated appellations, the vineyards sit at elevations between 1,200 and 2,200 feet, where cool Pacific winds and dramatic diurnal temperature swings preserve natural acidity and build genuine complexity. The result is a Chardonnay of viscous texture, welcoming acidity, and layered fruit — earning 90 points from Wine Enthusiast and representing outstanding value at this price.
The nose is inviting and aromatic: lemon peel, lychee, wet rock, citrus, stone fruit, and hints of banana and vanilla. On the palate, it lands with clean, brisk energy — lime peel, rounded ripe melon, stone fruits, apple, and a touch of spice — with a viscous mouthfeel and a finish that is fresh, focused, and satisfying.
Wine Enthusiast 90 — “Lemon peel, lychee and wet-rock aromas converge on the nose. The palate lands with clean, brisk energy, offering flavors of lime peel with rounded, ripe melon.”

Hahn Founder's Pinot Noir Nicky Hahn's 2024 750ml
Hahn Founder's Pinot Noir — Arroyo Seco, Monterey County, California 2024
Hahn Family Wines was founded by Nicky Hahn in 1980, when he recognized the extraordinary potential of Monterey County's cool-climate appellations for producing wines of genuine elegance and varietal precision. The Arroyo Seco appellation — a gravelly alluvial plain beneath the Santa Lucia Mountains — is one of California's most distinctive Pinot Noir sites: cool winds funneling in from Monterey Bay ensure gradual, extended ripening and the development of vibrant fruit and natural acidity, while the rocky, well-drained soils enhance intensity and promote balanced ripeness. The Founder's Pinot Noir is Nicky Hahn's personal expression of the appellation — a tribute to the vision that brought Hahn to Monterey and a showcase for everything that makes Arroyo Seco Pinot Noir so compelling at any price.
The nose is vibrant and expressive: red and dark cherry, ripe strawberry, raspberry, and plum, with subtle touches of vanilla, sweet tobacco, and toasted oak. On the palate, silky tannins and excellent acid balance frame flavors of red cherry and raspberry, with a dash of salinity and a hint of earthiness that adds complexity. The finish is long, lingering, and juicy — a classic example of fruit-forward, balanced, supple California Pinot Noir that retains freshness thanks to the cool Monterey climate.

91 Points Wine Enthusiast | Fruit of the forest compote notes shine with subtle vanilla on the inviting nose. An elegant but still fruit-driven Zweigelt.
Hakurakusei Junmai Ginjo Sake 720ml
Hakurakusei Junmai Ginjo — Miyagi Prefecture, Tohoku, Japan
Niizawa Brewery, founded in 1873 in Miyagi Prefecture in the Tohoku region of northern Japan, is one of the most respected sake producers in the country — and Hakurakusei is their flagship line. The name translates loosely to "white happiness," and the sake lives up to it: a range built around supreme food-friendliness, delicate aromatics, and a clean, precise style that reflects the cold, pure waters and rice-growing traditions of the Tohoku region.
What makes this Junmai Ginjo particularly special is its rice: Kura no Hana, a rare sake rice variety native to Miyagi Prefecture, milled to 55%. Kura no Hana is prized for producing sake of exceptional clarity and elegance — lighter in body than Yamada Nishiki, with a natural affinity for the Ginjo fermentation style. Fermented slowly at low temperatures to develop its characteristic floral and fruity aromatics, this is a sake of quiet sophistication and remarkable versatility at the table.
Crystal clear in the glass. The nose is gentle and inviting — a whisper of banana, white flowers, and fresh citrus. On the palate it is clean and medium-light bodied, with a zippy, citrus-like acidity that keeps it lively and food-friendly from first sip to last. Neither too sweet nor too dry — it bolsters savory cuisine with equal grace as it walks alongside sweeter Japanese nimono dishes. Serve well chilled.
- Brewery: Niizawa Brewery (Hakurakusei), Miyagi Prefecture, Tohoku, Japan

Unique Mandarin Blossom Infusion
Mandarin orange blossoms are incredibly fragrant and provide a delicate intensity that suggests the experience of peeling a fresh mandarin. Peak Bloom Harvesting
Since Hangar One only picks mandarin blossoms at the height of bloom, they're constantly battling time and the elements. Havana Club Anejo Blanco Puerto Rican Rum 750ml
Havana Club Añejo Blanco | Puerto Rican Rum | 750ml
Born from a recipe that survived revolution, exile, and decades of silence, Havana Club Añejo Blanco is a rum with a story as layered as its flavor. The Arechabala family first registered the Havana Club trademark in 1934, crafting a spirit that became synonymous with Cuba's Golden Age — the swanky nightspots, the pulsating Latin rhythms, the sultry tropical nights. When the Cuban regime seized their distillery in 1960, the family fled with little more than the precious recipe in hand.
Decades later, Bacardi — bound by long-standing ties to the Arechabala family — acquired the original recipe and relaunched Havana Club in Puerto Rico in 1995, faithful to Ramon Arechabala's personal transcription. The result is a rum that honors its Cuban heritage while carrying the craft of Puerto Rican distilling.
Aged one year in oak barrels, then blended and rested for a minimum of two additional months, Añejo Blanco opens with bright tropical fruit aromas and a whisper of vanilla. Havana Club Añejo Clásico Rum 750ml
Havana Club Añejo Clásico — Puerto Rico
Havana Club Añejo Clásico is a blended Puerto Rican rum built on a double-aging process that sets it apart from most rums at its price point. The spirit is first aged one to three years in oak barrels, then blended and rested again for a minimum of three months — a second maturation that smooths the edges and integrates the flavors into a cohesive, approachable whole. The result is a light-bodied aged rum with genuine tropical character and the kind of clean, versatile profile that makes it equally at home in a Mojito, a Daiquiri, or sipped simply over ice. At $25.99, it is one of the best-value aged rums on the shelf.
The nose opens with ripe apricot, mango, and banana, lifted by a delicate floral note of rose petals. On the palate, the fruit is soft and forward, the oak is present but restrained, and the finish is clean and refreshing — smooth enough to drink neat, lively enough to anchor a cocktail.
- Producer: Havana Club, Puerto Rico
- Style: Blended aged Puerto Rican rum
- Aging: 1–3 years in oak, then blended and rested a minimum of 3 months
- Size: 750ml
- Tasting Notes: Apricot, mango, banana, rose petals, soft oak, clean refreshing finish
- Best Served: Mojito • Daiquiri • Rum & Cola • Over ice • Neat
Double-aged, tropical, and exceptional value — Havana Club Añejo Clásico is the benchmark for what an approachable, versatile Puerto Rican rum can be.

About the Wine
