Kalembu Mamajuana Crazy Design Edition 187ml Bottle 60 Proof
Kalembu · Mamajuana · 'Crazy Design Edition' · Dominican Republic · 187ml
Long before rum was rum, the indigenous Taíno people of the Dominican Republic were steeping herbs, bark, and spices in honey and wine as a health elixir, shamanic tonic, and ceremonial drink. That tradition — Mamajuana — survived centuries of history and became one of the Caribbean's most beloved cultural rituals. In 2005, J&J Spirits set out to honor that heritage in a new way: crafting Kalembu, the first perfectly balanced, ready-to-drink Mamajuana, blending Dominican rum, red wine, honey, and a proprietary blend of traditional herbs and spices into a single, shelf-stable bottle. No steeping required. No guesswork. Just the real thing, ready to pour. The 'Crazy Design Edition' brings that same spirit in a collectible 187ml format — bold label, big flavor, perfect for gifting, sampling, or keeping one in your pocket for the right moment.

Kamoizumi Red Maple Junmai Ginjo Namazume 720ml
Kamoizumi Red Maple — Junmai Ginjo Namazume — Hiroshima, Japan — 720ml
The Maegaki family began as rice farmers in Hiroshima, became landlords, and entered sake brewing at the onset of Japan's modern era in 1910. In 1965, Kamoizumi became one of a pioneering group of ten breweries who committed entirely to junmai sake production — at a time when adding brewers’ alcohol to maximize profits was standard practice. Their first Junmai was released in 1971, and few breweries have taken a bolder stance on developing a true house style. Red Maple is their most celebrated expression: a Junmai Ginjo Namazume aged for two years at 5°C, unpasteurized and undiluted, developing rich, layered savory character without losing a sense of freshness. This is sake at a new level of complexity.
The sake balances sweetness, acidity, astringency, and savory depth like no other — a textbook expression of the elusive flavor of umami. Rich and full-flavored on the palate, with bold character and the drinkability that marks true technical mastery. The two-year cold aging builds layers of complexity — earthy, savory, and deeply satisfying — while the namazume (once-pasteurized) process preserves a vibrant freshness that keeps every sip alive. Designed to be enjoyed now or aged further in a cold cellar or wine fridge.
Unpasteurized, undiluted, aged 2 years at 5°C — Junmai Ginjo Namazume from one of Hiroshima's most pioneering sake breweries. Bold, umami-driven, and built for the table.
- Producer: Kamoizumi Brewery, Hiroshima, Japan

One of Hiroshima's most pioneering breweries, one of Japan's most complex sake expressions — Kamoizumi Red Maple is the benchmark for what bold, umami-driven Junmai Ginjo can be.
Kanzler Pinot Noir Russian River Valley 2020 750ml
Winemaker Description
The blend is dominated by the Estate Vineyard, yet the significant percentage of Walker—Kanzler's Green Valley vineyard—bends the wine in an exciting red-note direction: hibiscus, rhubarb and red licorice. The aromatics deliver fresh berries, cola, white pepper and pine sap. Fig notes emerge on the palate with a spicy, black tea finish. Modest whole cluster and slightly more new oak make the wine soft and approachable, while bright acid keeps it fresh, juicy, and well-knit.
Kara Tara, Chardonnay 2021 750ml
Expert Review - Vintage 2021
Tim Atkin MW 92 Points | Kara-Tara is Stark-Condé winemaker Rudger van Wyk’s own project, entirely focused on Burgundian grapes. This stylish Chardonnay marries grapes from Elgin, the Overberg and Paarl. Poised between citrus and stone fruit flavours, with subtle toast and wet stone undertones. 2022-27′.
Producer Description
Kara-Tara is a joint-venture between Rüdger van Wyk (2018 Diners Club Young Winemaker of the Year) and José Conde of Stark-Condé Wines. Translated from the Khoisan, the language from the first people in Southern Africa, it means “deep dark shadows” and refers to the Karatara river that runs through Rüdger’s home town, near Knysna which is located in South Africa, on the Cape South Coast, facing the Indian Ocean.
This wine has the classic notes of lemon and grapefruit you’d expect from Chardonnay, with hints of almond and a fine mineral finish.

Karthauserhof Karthauserhofberg Riesling Kabinett 2022 750ml
94 Points James Suckling | Very enticing nose with a wide spectrum of citrus aromas, plus a fresh yellow peach note developing with some aeration, then fresh mint. Very elegant with a wonderful minty coolness that makes this light-bodied off-dry Riesling feel as if it is floating like a cloud. Moderate acidity for this category, but the wine is still extremely vibrant. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
The Wine Advocate 92 Points | The 2022 Karthäuserhofberg Riesling Kabinett opens with a deep, intense and complex, floral bouquet of weathered slate, ripe citrus and stone fruit aromas intermingled with saline notes. Round, refined and sweet but also mineral, with the lovely stimulating slate expression of the unique Karthäuserhofberg, this is a generous, almost rich but refined and filigreed Kabinett with lingering and salivating salinity and grip.
Vinous 90 Points | The 2022 Riesling Karthäuserhofberg Kabinett has subtle peach and lemon on the nose. The lithe palate is dreamy, bright with lemon, gently sweet, and very tender. A subtle vein of lemon zestiness leaves this to finish in a refreshing, off-dry fashion at roughly 30g/L of residual sweetness. (Off-dry)
Winemaker Description
The spicy spontaneous nose still dominates, but then the first fruity notes (juicy peach, grapefruit, white currant) and the slate literally pushes itself out of the glass. Very juicy and densely woven on the palate, a lot of melting, sweetness well integrated and countered by the invigorating acidity. A cabinet that will continue to reveal new facets over the next two decades.

The Reserve Chenin Blanc is their benchmark expression: textured, layered, and built to age, yet approachable from release. The 2024 vintage was shaped by a warm, dry summer that concentrated the fruit beautifully, with just 2,000 cases imported to the US.

The finish is long and mineral-driven, with refreshing hints of quinine and grapefruit pith. Drink now through 2030.

Ken Forrester Reserve Sauvignon Blanc — Stellenbosch, South Africa 2022
Ken Forrester is one of South Africa's most celebrated winemakers — a passionate advocate for Chenin Blanc and the broader potential of Stellenbosch as a world-class wine region. His Stellenbosch farm, situated on the cool slopes of the Helderberg, benefits from the maritime influence of False Bay and long, slow ripening conditions that produce wines of genuine complexity and freshness. The Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from grapes grown in this cool-climate environment, where extended hang time allows the fruit to develop layered aromatic character while retaining the brisk, mineral-driven acidity that defines the style.
The nose shows lovely complexity: a mix of tangy grassy notes and fig leaf intertwined with peach and nectarine nuances — aromatic, fresh, and inviting. On the palate, brisk acidity and minerality take center stage, a direct reflection of the long hang time in this cool coastal region. Deidesheimer Herrgottsacker is a single vineyard site with a size of 121 hectares. 10% of the vineyard site is steep, 20% hilly and 70% are flat. The soil varies between sandy loam and loamy sand, mixed with limestone rocks and red sandstone. The name “Herrgottsacker” is probably derived from the word “Gottesacker” (which is a former word for cementery) andThis interpretation from Kimich, a small, traditional, 8th generation estate, is an absurd value in the liter bottle (33% more wine)!
