Loosen Bros. Dr. L Dry Riesling — Mosel, Germany 2024
Ernst Loosen is one of the Mosel's most passionate and influential winemakers — a tireless ambassador for German Riesling who has spent decades proving that the grape can be both profound and approachable. It is, in Ernst's own words, his "ambassador" for the region — and it delivers that mission at a price that makes it an everyday staple.
The 2024 pours a pale, luminous straw. The nose is bright and inviting — fresh citrus, green apple, white peach, and the distinctive mineral lift of Mosel slate. On the palate, it's refreshing and fruit-driven with a juicy mid-palate, lively acidity, and a crisp, clean, drying finish. Light, invigorating, and endlessly food-friendly — this is Riesling at its most honest and enjoyable.

Lucien Albrecht Rosé Crémant d'Alsace Brut 750ml
Lucien Albrecht Rosé Crémant d’Alsace Brut — Alsace NV
Lucien Albrecht was one of the pioneers who helped legally codify the Crémant d’Alsace appellation, and their Rosé is the wine that Wine Advocate's David Schildknecht calls "more intriguing and distinctive" than almost anything else in the category. Made from 100% Pinot Noir using the traditional méthode traditionnelle, it is a pure expression of the grape — saline, meaty, and herbal notes layered beneath vivid strawberry and raspberry fruit, with a lush palate and an invigorating finish. Two 90-point scores from Wine Enthusiast and James Suckling confirm what the glass already tells you: this is serious sparkling rosé at a price that makes no sense.
The nose is pretty and inviting — fresh strawberry, raspberry, orange blossom, and a discreet hint of sweetness. On the palate, the wine is bright and medium-bodied, with lively mousse, juicy red fruit, and a creamy texture. Rye crumb, red apple, and lemon add complexity, while saline and herbal notes give the mid-palate real character. The finish is dry, long, and clean with a touch of invigorating bitterness.
Wine Enthusiast 90 — "A lovely balance of flavors with the freshness and juiciness of ripe apple. Fine bubbles create resonance on the dry finish." • James Suckling 90 — "Pretty nose of fresh strawberry, raspberry and orange blossom. Very bright on the palate, with a nice interplay of lively mousse with juicy fruit." • Wine Advocate — "More intriguing and distinctive… saline, meaty, and herbal notes add interest to both the nose and a lush palate." — David Schildknecht

Etz Gruner Veltliner 2025 1.0L LITER
Etz Grüner Veltliner — Kamptal, Austria 2025
The story behind this bottle is one of the great underdog moments in Austrian wine. Franz Etz farms 30 hectares of vineyards in the Kamptal — one of Austria's most celebrated regions for Grüner Veltliner — and produces wines of quiet, consistent excellence. Then came the blind tasting: 14 of the world's top sommeliers, 600 Grüner Veltliners entered, and Franz Etz's wine came out on top. The recognition that followed led him to create a special 1.0L bottling of his fruit specifically for the U.S. market — a generous format designed to share, and priced to make it an easy yes at any table.
The Etz Grüner Veltliner 2025 pours a pale, bright straw. The nose is clean and classically Kamptal — citrus, green apple, white pepper, and a subtle mineral lift from the region's loess and primary rock soils. On the palate, it's refreshing and well-structured with lively acidity, a dry, focused mid-palate, and a crisp, lingering finish. Everything Grüner Veltliner should be: precise, food-friendly, and endlessly drinkable.

Their California Chardonnay is a perennial overachiever: sourced from select California vineyards, crafted with careful oak integration, and built to deliver genuine complexity at an everyday price. The 2023 vintage reflects the distinct influence of a cooler growing season, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and develop nuanced, layered flavors that punch well above their weight class.

On the palate, stone fruit notes are met with rich undertones of vanilla and clove, harmonized with warm spice and a touch of oak-derived toastiness. Sugared lemon rind, baked pear, and Pink Lady apple carry through to a balanced, mineral-dry finish with higher toasty notes lingering gracefully.

Each label in the series features artwork inspired by iconic New York City neighborhoods and landmarks. Diatom Chardonnay Santa Barbara County Unoaked 2024 750ml
Diatom Chardonnay — Santa Barbara County 2024
Greg Brewer's Diatom project is built on a single, radical idea: subtraction. No oak barrels. No malolactic fermentation. No extended aging. Just 100% Chardonnay from Santa Barbara County, fermented and aged six months in stainless steel, stripped of everything that typically softens, butters, or blurs the grape. What remains is electric — a wine that tastes like the soil and the sea. The name itself is a clue: diatomaceous earth, the plankton fossil-rich geology beneath Santa Barbara's vineyards, is the terroir this wine is designed to express. Jeb Dunnuck awarded it 94 points and called it "a no-brainer purchase." Wine Spectator followed at 93, James Suckling at 93, Wine Enthusiast at 92, and Wine Advocate at 90. Across the board, the verdict is the same: this is one of California's most precise and honest Chardonnays.
The nose is vivid and pure: exotic citrus, minty herbs, oyster shell, honeydew rind, lime candy, and a whisper of sea spray. On the palate, it is sleek and taut — ripe pear, ginger, pomelo, and brisk lime zest coiled around a mouthwatering thread of acidity. Salinity and minerals run through the finish alongside springtime blossoms and a lingering kick of melon pith. It gains weight and richness with time in the glass without ever losing its electric freshness.
Jeb Dunnuck 94 • Wine Spectator 93 • James Suckling 93 • Wine Enthusiast 92 • Wine Advocate 90 — "A no-brainer purchase for those who love Santa Barbara County Chardonnay."

About Luce della Vite
Luce della Vite — “Light of the Vine” — is one of Tuscany’s most celebrated Super Tuscan estates, born from a visionary partnership between the Frescobaldi family and Robert Mondavi in 1993. Based in Montalcino, the Tenuta Luce estate produces wines that bridge the Old and New World: blending the structure and earthiness of Sangiovese with the richness and suppleness of Merlot. Lucente is the estate’s second wine — sharing the same vineyards and winemaking philosophy as the flagship Luce, but crafted for earlier enjoyment and exceptional everyday value. At under $25, it offers a genuine window into one of Italy’s most prestigious estates.

Bulleit Bourbon Straight Kentucky Whiskey 750ml
About Bulleit Bourbon
Bulleit Bourbon is inspired by a frontier whiskey pioneered by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago. Crafted using only the highest quality ingredients — a unique high-rye mash bill of rye, corn, and barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone-filtered water — Bulleit delivers a bold, spicy character that sets it apart from other bourbons. Due to its especially high rye content, the finish is distinctively clean and smooth.
Tasting Notes
Medium amber in color with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas on the nose. The mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. The finish is long, dry, and satiny with a light toffee flavor.
Serve & Enjoy
Excellent neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails. Bulleit's high-rye profile makes it the ideal choice for a Whiskey Sour, Old Fashioned, Manhattan, or Mint Julep.

Roku Craft Gin by Suntory Japan 86 Proof 750ml
Roku Craft Gin is a masterwork of Japanese botanical artistry from Suntory — one of the world's great spirits houses — crafted at their Osaka distillery with the precision and seasonal sensitivity that defines Japanese craftsmanship. Roku means “six” in Japanese, a reference to the six unique Japanese botanicals at the heart of this gin, each harvested at peak season and blended with eight traditional Western gin botanicals to create a spirit of extraordinary complexity and harmony.
The nose is floral and delicate: cherry blossom and sakura leaf open with a soft sweetness, followed by the fresh, grassy lift of sencha and gyokuro green tea. On the palate, the gin is smooth and silky, with yuzu citrus providing a bright, aromatic top note over a classic juniper backbone. The finish is long and gently spiced, with crisp Japanese sansho pepper adding a distinctive tingle that lingers with elegance. Multi-layered, yet perfectly harmonious — a gin that rewards slow sipping as much as skilled mixing.
Each of the six Japanese botanicals — sakura flower, sakura leaf, yuzu peel, sencha tea, gyokuro tea, and sansho pepper — is processed using a different distillation method to best capture its unique character, then blended with meticulous care. The result is a gin that is unmistakably Japanese in spirit, yet universally appealing in style.
Exceptional in a Roku Gin & Tonic with a slice of ginger and a sprig of rosemary. Also outstanding in a Negroni, Martini, or simply over ice. Pairs beautifully with Japanese cuisine, sushi, and light seafood.
Maker's Mark Bourbon 90 Proof 1.0L LITER
Maker's Mark Bourbon — Loretto, Kentucky 90 Proof
Maker's Mark is one of America's most beloved and recognizable bourbons — the whiskey that proved handcrafted quality and approachable flavor could coexist at scale. Founded in 1953 by Bill Samuels Sr. at Star Hill Farm in Loretto, Kentucky, Maker's Mark was built on a single bold decision: replace the traditional rye grain with soft red winter wheat. That choice gave Maker's Mark its signature smooth, gentle sweetness — a profile that has made it a favorite of both seasoned bourbon drinkers and newcomers for over 70 years. Every bottle is still hand-dipped in the iconic red wax, a mark of quality and individual craftsmanship that has never changed. The 1.0L format delivers more of what you love.
The nose offers inviting aromas of woody oak, caramel, vanilla, and a hint of wheat sweetness. On the palate, it is smooth and beautifully balanced — caramel, vanilla, and fruity essences with a gentle warmth and hints of spice and oak. The finish is smooth, subtle, and lingering — exactly what great bourbon should be.

Bogle Vineyards Zinfandel Old Vine Clarksburg 2023 750ml
Bogle Vineyards · Clarksburg · California · 2023
There is something quietly extraordinary about a vine that has been growing in the same spot for sixty, seventy, eighty years. It has survived drought and frost, boom years and lean ones, and in doing so has learned to give less — and mean more. Bogle Vineyards Old Vine Zinfandel is the direct expression of that patience: a wine drawn from head-trained vines planted decades ago in the rich delta soils of Clarksburg, where the Sacramento River keeps the summers honest and the nights cool.
The nose leads with cranberry, raspberry, and ripe red cherry, then deepens into marionberry pie and warm baking spices — cinnamon, clove, a hint of vanilla. On the palate it’s generous and round, with the kind of fruit-forward richness that Zinfandel does best, balanced by enough structure to carry it through a long, satisfying finish.
- Producer: Bogle Vineyards
- Vintage: 2023
- Appellation: Clarksburg, California
- Varietal: Zinfandel
