Hacienda Araucano Humo Blanco Organic Sauvignon Blanc 2024
Hacienda Araucano Humo Blanco Organic Sauvignon Blanc — Colchagua Valley 2024
François Lurton and his brother Jacques have been producing Chilean wines since 1992, but it was not until 2000 that they found their ideal terroir: 200 hectares in the Lolol area of the Colchagua Valley, where vines had never been cultivated before. The cool, stable climate and disease-free conditions of this high-altitude site — now certified organic by Ecocert — are a paradise for Sauvignon Blanc, producing fruit of exceptional purity and precision. The Humo Blanco is the estate’s flagship white, and the 2024 vintage is a textbook expression of what cool-climate Chilean Sauvignon Blanc can achieve.
The nose is fresh and bright with good intensity: lime, peeled green apple, gooseberry, and wet stones. On the palate it is acid-driven and pure, with a crisp, zingy finish that lingers with mineral clarity. Serve well-chilled alongside oysters, grilled fish, goat cheese, or a simple green salad — or as the ideal aperitif on a warm evening. At this price, it is one of the most compelling organic Sauvignon Blancs in the shop.

Château Les Riganes is a reliable and well-regarded kosher producer from Bordeaux, crafting approachable, terroir-driven whites that deliver genuine regional character at an accessible price. The White Bordeaux is made primarily from Sauvignon Blanc, the dominant white variety of the appellation, vinified to emphasize freshness, aromatic precision and the mineral, citrus-driven character that defines the best dry whites of the region. Kosher and Kosher for Passover, it is an excellent choice for Shabbat, holiday tables and year-round entertaining.
Light gold in color with green reflections, the 2024 opens with bursting aromas of yellow grapefruit, lemon peel, freshly cut grass, white spring flowers and earthy minerals. Pielihueso Primero Blanco Los Chacayes 2025 750ml
Pielihueso · 'Primero' Blanco · Los Chacayes, Uco Valley · 2025
"Skin and bones" — that's what Pielihueso means in Spanish, and it captures the philosophy perfectly: nothing added, nothing taken away, just the raw expression of the land. This family project began in 2017 when Alejandro Bartolomé — a lifelong organic farmer — and his daughter Celina planted vines in Los Chacayes and Los Sauces, two high-altitude subregions of the Uco Valley in Tunuyán, Mendoza. The labels were designed by daughter Carmela, drawn from her brother's artwork. Everything here is a family affair. The vines — now 13 years old — grow in sandy, alluvial soils at elevation, farmed organically with no corrections in the cellar: native yeast fermentation, co-fermented in stainless steel, and a minimal sulfur addition only at bottling. The result is exactly what the Bartolomés set out to make: light, bright, clean, and vibrant. At $21.99, it's one of the most honest and charming whites coming out of Argentina right now.
The 2025 'Primero' Blanco is a co-fermented blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, showing a pale straw color with a fresh, aromatic nose of white peach, citrus blossom, and green apple. On the palate: crisp and lively with a clean, mineral-driven finish and just enough texture from the sandy soils to give it presence. Serve well-chilled as an aperitif or alongside light summer dishes. Drink now through 2026.
- Producer: Pielihueso (Bartolomé family, est. 2017)
- Vintage: 2025
- Appellation: Los Chacayes, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina

- Cellar Potential: Drink now through 2026
- Food Pairings: Grilled fish, ceviche, fresh goat cheese, summer salads, light pasta
A family-farmed, organically grown Uco Valley white — skin and bones winemaking at its most refreshing.
Sylvain Baily Sancerre Chene Marchand 2024 750ml
Sylvain Bailly Sancerre Chêne Marchand — Loire Valley 2024
Sylvain Bailly is a family domaine with deep roots in Sancerre, farming Kimmeridgian marl and caillottes (stony limestone) soils across some of the appellation’s most prized sites. Chêne Marchand is one of Sancerre’s most prestigious crus, located in the village of Bué and renowned for its caillottes soils — a stony limestone that produces wines of greater power, richness, and longevity than your average Sancerre. This is not a simple, zesty Loire white: it is a structured, mineral-driven Sauvignon Blanc with the depth and precision to age. The Bailly family’s commitment to sustainable viticulture and meticulous winemaking ensures the purity and terroir expression that Chêne Marchand demands.
The nose bursts with grapefruit, white flowers, and a distinctive flinty minerality that is the unmistakable signature of the appellation. On the palate, lemon zest, green apple, and a refreshing, lively acidity carry through to a long, stony, mineral finish. Precise, focused, and built for the table.

Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy Sancerre 2025 750ml
Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy | Sancerre Blanc | Loire Valley | 2025
The Reverdys are one of the appellation's essential winemaking families and they have thoroughly mastered elegant and delicious Sancerre. Winemaker Julie Guiard simply has the right touch, making her Sancerre one of the most universally gratifying white wines out there. In the village of Verdigny, Reverdy's vineyards feature two of Sancerre's three principal soil types: mainly caillottes — pebbly white limestone — and some terres blanches, composed of richer marl formed in the Kimmeridgian era. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc balancing bright, zesty citrus and delicate floral nuances with an enveloping texture and stony, saline notes that make your mouth water. Irresistibly charming now, it can even age for a few years if desired. — Anthony Lynch
Domaine Hippolyte Reverdy is based in Verdigny, one of the most respected villages within the Sancerre appellation, where the family has farmed their vineyards for generations. The estate's parcels sit on two of Sancerre's three classic soil types — caillottes (pebbly white limestone) and terres blanches (Kimmeridgian marl) — a combination that gives the wine both the bright, citrus-driven freshness of limestone and the richer texture and mineral depth of the ancient marl soils. Under winemaker Julie Guiard, the domaine has become a benchmark for the appellation: precise, elegant and consistently delicious.
The 2025 opens with vibrant aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, white peach and fresh-cut grass, accented by delicate floral notes, a whisper of smoke and the stony, saline minerality that is the signature of Verdigny's limestone soils. The palate is bright and lively, with an enveloping texture and exquisite balance of fruit, acidity and mineral tension. A long, mouthwatering finish with saline and citrus notes lingers beautifully. A cut above textbook Loire Sauvignon Blanc — and a wine that rewards a few years of cellaring if you can resist opening it immediately.
Serve well chilled at 46–50°F. An ideal partner for raw oysters, grilled fish, fish tacos, shellfish, sushi, goat cheese, tomato salads, gazpacho and light vegetable dishes.

Domine Pierre Martin Sanccere Chavignol Organic 2025 750ml
Domaine Pierre Martin Sancerre Chavignol Organic 2025 is a classically styled, terroir-driven Sancerre from one of Chavignol's most respected growers. Pierre Martin — who built his domaine from just 4 hectares of vines in this celebrated village — farms organically at high altitude, coaxing extraordinary precision and minerality from soils of caillottes (chalky white pebbles) and terres blanches (clay and limestone). The result is a Sauvignon Blanc of uncommon focus and elegance.
The nose is persistent and aromatic: intense lemon verbena, fresh-cut grass, white grapefruit, and a layered, stony minerality that speaks directly to the chalky Chavignol terroir. On the palate, the wine is mouthwatering and tightly structured, with bright acidity, a lacy, detailed texture, and a long, luminous finish that lingers with citrus zest and mineral precision. Old vines — 30+ years — and indigenous yeast fermentation in stainless steel preserve every nuance of this exceptional site.
Chavignol is widely regarded as the finest village in all of Sancerre, and Domaine Pierre Martin is among its most authentic voices — traditional in method, uncompromising in quality, and certified organic in the vineyard.
Serve well chilled. A natural partner for Loire Valley goat cheeses (Crémant, Crottin de Chavignol), oysters, grilled fish, and herb-driven dishes. Equally compelling on its own.

A classic Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc showing bright citrus, white peach, and signature flinty minerality with crisp freshness.
Frog's Leap Rutherford Valley Concrete Aged Sauvignon Blanc 2023 750ML (Pre-Sale - ETA March 5, 2026)
Frog’s Leap Concrete Aged Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is a 100% Sauvignon Blanc that is fermented and aged entirely in concrete tanks (sometimes referred to as “concrete eggs”), rather than in oak or primarily stainless steel. This concrete aging preserves purity and freshness of fruit while adding mineral texture and balance without oak influence.
The wine typically shows crisp, bright citrus and stone fruit aromas with a flinty, earthy, and chalky mineral character — a style that emphasizes purity and terroir. On the palate it’s balanced and elegant, with racy acidity and aromatic richness, making it refreshing and food-friendly.
Because of the concrete aging, this Sauvignon Blanc often leans toward minerality and stony notes rather than overt tropical fruit, offering a distinctive expression of Rutherford fruit in a non-oaky, texturally intriguing style
